I have purchased a HP Color Laser jet MF PM281fdw and I hate to say that I am totality disappointed in this product. When I first purchased it the colors were ok but now after only a few months they are dull and faded. I am an elementary teacher and I love color copies for classroom decor, parent handouts and newsletters and student work, however, I am almost embarrassed to send these copies home and usually I don't. I have always had a HP printer and copier and was always so pleased. I only use hp ink and have followed instructions to clean it. I would be willing to pay extra to upgrade to a better printer and return this one. I purchased it a t Best Buy in Covington, La. and also purchased the maintenance policy. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Sara Laurence Would not recommend. Only after a few months it is making horrible color copies.

We have had many, many printers over the years and this is hands down the best ever. Favorite features, in addition to speed and quality, are the option to print wirelessly from phones and laptops AND to print remotely when away from home. Perfect for kids, personal, and my new home office.

Wish I would have got the next model up for the scanner sheet feeder duplex. Otherwise works great. Printer automatic duplexing is great, color reproduction is better than canon and brothers. Knocked slightly because of the difficulty of setting up the driver to recognize that the duplexer is installed.

Space saver, even have a fax capability that is rare nowadays. Fax is there when you need to send copies over the phone and is still a secured way to send confidential information than the internet or email. You definitely get a good run for your bucks with the cost.

This is just what my family needs - a printer that’s not bulky to do big jobs. Perfect for my family - for the kids school requirements, my wife’s demands at work while working from home, and much more! The Bluetooth connectivity is very convenient for my laptop too.

Very good print quality and fast. Looks good. But a bit wonky sometimes. Often need to to reboot daily bc it goes offline. My biggest issue is the expense of replacement cartridges. If you change all 4 at one time, you’ll pretty much approach cost of the printer.

This is a great 3 in one but sometimes it disconnects from my computers and I am not sure why. Could totally be the way I have my internet set up as I don't remember seeing other reviewers with this issue but it has been frustrating for us. When working the quality and speed is excellent for small business and personal use.

I got tired of replacing ink even if My printer haden't been in use for a couple months, (ink dries out pretty quick) so for a higher up front cost I actually save money in the long run & definitely save the headaches & trips to the store for more ink.

Works well. Good printer quality. Seems like the black toner ran out pretty quick, but very easy to change. The written directions provided by HP are awful- most of the information is online and through the HP app. The Best Buy staff were great. There was a reason why I wanted to buy local and not online.

The HP Printer / scanner is a very good machine, only issue I had was I had kept getting an error to the printer when printing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and its been working great since then. Could have been a Mac thing! Its awesome to be able to scan right to your e-mail , seems like a great machine.
