I wasted $300 on ink jet pods...ones i bought because the printer said it was low....then when the black stopped working...and the time fixing an inkjet printer.... I said...I give it up... toner doesn't dry up.. it may cost more and does not give glossy photos... but good enough for me and mine.

I have now purchased this printer for the 4th time for my office. I have a business with about 20 employees and this is used as a personal printer and scanner. It is fast and efficient and in 2 years, I have yet to have an issue. I highly recommend this.

I wish printers were made to last longer, but for the amout that I print, this does the job nicely. I am having trouble setting up the network, but I just haven't had the time to look into it yet. I am happy with my choice of an hp so far.

Bought the printer for the home office. I didn't get the next step up but wish I had. This will scan documents automatically but not two-sided. I didn't realize how much I would have used the two-sided scan feature. Otherwise, everything works great.

My daughter is an elementary school teacher and this printer was a gift for her. She is very happy with the performance of this printer and it makes her job a lot easier to accomplish by doing some prep work at home. Best Niy had the lowest price on this model, too!

The printer prints quickly and documents are very clear. There are many options when scanning as far as where to save your scans. My one problem is that it will print one job and then will drop off the network. I then have to restart it.

I needed an upgraded printer to take on a treasurer role for a nonprofit. I made the right choice! Fast and high quality prints. Quick response once one hits "print". My only "complaint" is it was harder than it needed to be to set up the scanning function.

I bought this printer because I've had good results with other similar printers from HP so when I needed a new printer for my wife's home office, I chose this one. It has not let me down! It works really well and has many features.

Love the printer when it works. My last one died 2 months after the warranty period. I purchased another because it works so well when it works, but this one better perform better. Neither Best Buy or HP gave we any relief!

I haven't figured yet whether it will enlarge or reduce or change printing density. No one at Best Buy could tell me whether it would or not. I like it but not as well as the Canon Image Class 3450 I had previously that was damaged by a moving company and would do all of the above.

So, I am not usually one to leave negative reviews, however, I HATE this printer. Every single time I try to print something it has disconnected itself from the internet. Before you say that it's my internet's fault, hold up, I have great internet service. It takes me 20 minutes of fiddling with it to get 1 page printed! I would give it negative stars for ease of use if there was an option! I am only giving it 2 stars because when it does finally print the print quality is great! It might be a better buy for someone who is going to hardwire it to their computer.

I always buy hp printers. They have such great tech support & now that I have one with toner instead of cartridge it’s a dream. My toner I got when buying my printer has just now run out. Had over a year. So much easier than cartridges.

It has a very great options and you don’t need to turn on your computer to scan documents to put into pen drive you can connect directly to printer and scan directly to usb drive as well as email

So far I really like this printer is is fast and has great color for what I use it for. Was very easy to set up though I still; havn't figured out how to set up the scanning, but I had my old one for years and never figured it out sooooo.....

We purchased this as a replacement for our OfficeJet Pro. The speed and quality of the printing is fantastic. The toner seems to be reasonable compared to the ink. The wifi printing capability works great from the other-side of our house.

Very nice high quality printer. Excellent print quality. Build quality is top notch. Print speed is more than adequate for our use. We looked at quite a few printers and they were very cheaply built, not this one it was in another league.

I have been using this printer for a few weeks and love it. Great for heavy home office use. Scanning, printing, copying all work great. Very happy with this printer and would recommend it without hesitation.

We replaced our old printer due to expensive cartridge replacement and decided to purchase a laser printer. This printer meets all our needs, especially the ability to print double-sided. The speed of making copies is also great.
