This printer is heavy duty but not over the top. I expect it to last longer than smaller printers and perform more work. It was a bit of a pain setting it up and sometimes it says it's not connected. Other than that it has been great.

Took just a few minutes to setup. Configured on Lenovo Yogo with no CD so had to download install file. My Windows 10 Desktop recognized it and installed with no operator action needed. Copier reproduces color well. Crisp graphics.

Very good HP Color Laser printer. Product was delayed after ordering on line for in store pick up by one week. Had a problem setting up the wi-fi connection but Geek Squad were able to figure out the problem.

Love the new printer thr ink cartridges are very picky can’t cut any corners and they are expensive but got twins in college. They need it I’m just learning thing about it. Needs a good internet connection.

We bought 1 for our company and after setting it up and playing with the features, we bought a SECOND one the next day! If you have a small business, this printer/fax/scanner/copier is the way to go! Highly recommend this item!

I need to scan a lot and it is not scan and go friendly. My other HP printer is low end pricewise and it has drop in and scan capability. It just does not print as many pages without replacing ink .

This printer is great, it has wifi printing capability, i can print from anywhere, laptop, phone, and i can even email a paper if im out of the house to print. it has toner cartridges which last longer than ink cartridges.

This is a good printer for everyday printing. I do not recommend if you plan on printing photos as you will go through toner fast. Another downside is the cost of toner for this printer.

I finally upgraded my 8 year old brother all in one to this HP and it works great. I can scan to email, scan via network, scan via wifi on my network, print via my iPhone / iPad and do double sided. I love this printer.

I’ve had numerous printers from different manufacturers, but I have found HP has the best longevity in terms of printing usage. This all in one has beaten any printer I have had before.

Can’t beat this price point for a all in one. Love the fact I’m able to print more with less ink then others I have had before. Best Buy is the only place I purchase my Electronics from.

Affordable and great laser printer. I’m very satisfied with everything about this printer. Simple setup and the best part you can print from anywhere literally.

We use this somewhat regularly for medium sized projects. Well constructed, dependable, consistent ink. We really like it a lot. And super portable. Great value!! Thank you.

Really like this printer, however, the toner is expensive and you need one for every color; total 5. Approximately $50 a toner cartridge. Would like that price lowered.

I been purchasing HP products for over 30 years. I used to be a certified HP repair technician. Always loved the great quality of HP products, I would always recommend HP.

I’ve had inkjet printers previously but decided to upgrade to a laser jet printer as I moved into my new home. I also subscribed to the auto replacement toner service. One of my better decisions.

I love this printer, I had an old HP laser jet. This is like going from a Ford to a Cadillac. I love all the features especially being able to fax from home.

Not a very user friendly interface. Had to have IT configure so we could print to printer. Print quality is there. Just not a fan of the HP printer interface.

This copier/scanner is great for the convenience of all in one. Love the option of connecting via wi-fi to print when I’m in a hurry and don’t have to boot up the computer.
