1st I love HP Products - refuse to purchase anything else. Hesitant at first to use laser jet -always had ink jet. Salesman right - this was perfect addition to office.

I love it! I am use to the multi function color laser printers at work! So excited that this printer has those same functions; finally a great dependable color laser printer for home.

This printer has worked very well for a while now. The only problem I ever have occurs when I haven't used it for weeks, or possibly months, and I have to run the diagnostic settings.

It is a great home office color printer for low volume printing. My only complaint is that it wakes up from sleep mode for a couple of seconds every couple of hours and it's noisy when it does it.

Saves significantly on printer cartridge. Had ink jets, but cartridges wold dry up quicker than could use. Only draw back is it is not envelope printing friendly.

This is a good printer with really nice pictures and copy. The driver is user friendly. The only drawback is at times it seems to go into sleep mode and you have to power it off/on at times to get it going again.

We were looking for a laser printer and had a bunch of info we've looked up . The employee that came up and helped us was awesome. Very knowledgable and helped out decision

Had it for a year now and no toner replacement necessary. Very little home use only. Easily connected to all computers and phones in the house.

We needed to replace an old laserjet printer and color inkjet. This printer filled both of those needs. Print quality is excellent.

Was not sure of what printer I wanted recently started my own company do printing has become a normal thing and I couldn’t have chosen a better printer really happy

I love having a laser print with color. Easy to connecto to my network. Easy to add the printer to all of my computers and I can even print from my iPhone & iPad.

Used for my wedding invitations and turned out fantastic. Could easily print on different size papers. Only issue we ran into is that it got pretty hot when printing large quantities so had to take breaks.

I bought this for my granddaughter, and she has used it for college and for personal art projects that she does, and she is very happy with the machine.

nice printer with goof functionality and this is the next model up from the 277 which was a nice overall printer. Takes a little work to set these up, but work great once these get setup.

I am monitoring how much paper is used versus how quickly the laser color/black cartridge must be replaced. After one month my cartridge needed to be replaced. This new HP color laser, cartridge refill appears to be a quicker replacement than my 4 year old black laser printer; still good. I went online to HP to get ink cartridge and noticed that - Each cartridge had varying cost based on # of page output. I must have purchased minimal output pages; yet costly above: $80+. Other cartridges even more expensive. Monitoring this monthly cost. May only use it sparingly.

I am so happy that I purchased this printer, copier and all of the other benefits that came with the printer. It is working very well for my application.

I purchased this printer to use for my college coursework. So far, its been a great printer. Crisp, clear copies. Only downfall I've experienced is that it is a little loud when printing.

Saves me money on ink now. I don't use the printer a lot so I kept going through ink cartages a lot now that I have the laser printer I don't need to worry about that anymore

This printer was great for about 2 months. Then out of the blue, it starts sounding like a sick elk every time it feeds a piece of paper though it. Just plain old paper, not bond or photo paper or anything at special. Call up HP support? Got a less than knowledageble person on the line, who didn’t even bother to look up the model number, though I asked him twice. This turkey tells me ink is clogging the print heads and to clean them out, and that any poor performance on the part of the printer was my fault. When I politely told him it was a laser jet he growled at me I didn’t tell him that. Whew! When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he didn’t have a supervisor, he was the supervisor, and I was a terrible person for wanting to complain about him. Go figger... Save the hassle, buy Canon or Brother or something other quality brand that BB carries. HP has gone way past it’s prime, and the printers that were the standard bearers, are now just poor, unsupported doorstops.

For my business I need to be able to print a volumn, scan, and copy. This is the perfect machine for the job!! Actually replaced my laser printer and inkdesk scanner/copier
