Difficult to link to my computer and network. I have bought two of these printers and both had the same problems. I have had HP printers before and never had this much trouble

Had to hand feed the printer labels as this is the second unit that will not feed printer labels through it.

The printer lacks some of the more advanced remote management and alerting functions for SMB. But it should work great at home or in a single office business.

I have always purchased HP printers for my business, but this one just never worked for me that great. I didn't like the colors at all - they never seemed very vibrant and the cost of the toners is very expensive if you do a lot of printing as I do. I had issues with this printer pretty much from day 1 - not sure if I just got a lemon this time or what but I was not impressed and have already replaced it.

"Supply Memory Error"

I replaced the original HP toner cartridges a couple of months ago with non-HP "compatible" toner. I don't do much printing so there should be lots of toner still available. All of a sudden, I am getting a "Supply Memory Error" message. The printer's screen not only shows the message but four cartridge icons with a question mark on each one. This indicates to me that the issue is common to all colors.
I have removed each cartridge and reset a few times hoping that it was a contact issue. No success. Still getting the "Supply Memory Error".
I have also followed a shut-down / startup procedure recommended on one forum to solve the issue with no success.
Reading forums online I understand that HP may have a sensor that indicates whether their toner cartridges are being used or not.

I would never buy anything HP again. This MFP is a mess, it is constantly goes off the Network, it's electronics does what it wants, it does not even do straight scans, it constantly grabs 2 pages at the same time. I want to get it replaced with something better.

Scans are crooked customer service at HP bad

I bought this All in One, and when it scans, the images are ridiculously crooked. I tried to resolve this several times with HP but no luck. It must be a software issue during transmission of images because copies are good when using glass or tray.

Prints Loud & Small Paper Capacity

I bought this printer because I wanted to switch back to a laser printer. The print quality is fine. The paper tray capacity is small at only about 1/3 of a ream of paper. Also, I am returning it because it is just too loud. :(

Hey there,
It’s disappointing to hear that you've not had the experience you expected to with the printer. We always hold ourselves to a high standard of reliability and usability with our printers, so I hope you’ll still allow us an opportunity to stand by that.
Also, I'd like to thank you for your feedback regarding the printer's paper tray. We certainly value your thoughts, so I've made sure to pass this onto our product development teams.
Then, I'd like to clarify something about the noisiness you noted. While your printer is powered up, it makes sure that the nozzles are regularly cleared, which can be noisy, especially if the printer is on a hard surface. I recommend placing the printer on a padded surface to muffle the vibrations that occur.
If there’s anything else that we assist with, please remember that you can always reach out to us for support. We're always here and would be more than happy to help you make the most of your experience with the printer. You can get in touch with us via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
