Excellent Printer But....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the quality of the prints, the auto feeder, the duplex printing, and the scanning abilities. However, I did have a tough setting this up as a wireless printer. Apparently, this printer does not like Sagemcom routers (Spectrum supplied router). I wound up having to reboot my router, and reserve the IP adress for this printer, otherwise, I would have to start the setup process every time the IP changed. That was -1 star for the experience. I never had that trouble with other printers. Another drawback is the cost of the toner, at $75+ for each toner cartridge, I'll spend almost as much on toner as I did on the printer, -1 more star for that mess. Hopefully refills or aftermarket cartridges will be available soon. If so, then I'll come back and give this printer four stars. I'd recommend this printer for a small company that wants a professional looking printout, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend on a tight budget.

Thanks God, it’s a wonderful machine!

If you bought your printer less than a year ago, it’s still under warranty. HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so I hope you’ll make use of it. Following that, you might consider using our specially formulated ColorLok paper. It provides a faster drying time and, more importantly, the special surface of the paper fixes ink onto the sheet, which would prevent those smudges.

Also we were able to print out packets so much faster than the inkjets we’ve previously had

It's easy to set up, extremely fast, and prints with incredible sharpness. The wireless aspect is particularly nice. I print from my computer and my iPhone effortlessly. Get it!

I couldn't be happier. While it's only been on day, I was able to quickly configure the printer for wireless printing. I verified that wireless printing was working correctly by printing a Web page. One recommendation that I have is to download and install the current software from HP.com. It saves having to potentially update the software that is packaged with the printer.

The printer had some issues making a whistling noise after going to sleep, but I took it right back to Best Buy which they replaced easily and I never had another issue. Printing quality is excellent. My wife and I have probably printed almost 100 sheets so far and the printer shows 100% toner availability in all toner cartridges! Would HIGHLY recommend and it is worth the money! You can email on it, connect to wireless, copy easily and like I said, great quality printing!

I can prince from my cell phone (iPhone 8plus) and I can print anything without any problems. The ink or rather, the cartridges it comes with, they last for a very long time. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this product to anyone; especially students and business owners! LOVE IT!
