Good printer for medium-level needs

The speed is not fantastic, but it is adequate for non-business and low-volume business needs. It is ideal for printing from a computer, but copying is one page at a time; however, I find that is needed only infrequently. Scanning is also convenient. The cost was low; consequently, the value was great.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Sure the instructions could be clearer but it's definitely not as bad as some reviews make it out to be. Download HP Smart, follow the prompts and that's it. Was printing in 5-10 mins.

Curbside pick up was quick and easy. Printer setup couldn’t be much simpler. Reviewers talking about setup challenges are baffling. Love the app. I can print right from my phone while on the couch! I even setup my husband on this phone and he just might love it too much...he’s printed a lot. Lol! I highly recommend this printer.

Decent printer for low usage & Tech Savy person

Not user friendly, instruction to set up to computer was confusing. It took several hours to complete connection to my HP laptop. Very frustrating to say the least. I thought this printer came with a paper tray, but it doesn’t. Not good for someone who prints large amounts of documents. Paper curls downward into paper feeder after printing. Potential paper jam if you don’t keep an eye on each paper being printed. Tiny screen/keypad on printer isn’t user friendly...

Excellent printer

I am very pleased with this purchase. I especially like the ease of the wireless printing. So far, I haven't had any problems. I feel that the only drawback is the display screen. It really isn't that easy to navigate with the available buttons and setup on the printer. It's easier to use the printer/scanner via the app.
