Great Customer service. Always take the time to answer all your questions. Had printer delivered to store and received on the date was told it would be there. Also was sent an email with delivery updates.

The only problem was in connecting our computers to it. This is the first time we have had a problem connecting our computers with a to a wireless printer. Fortunately, the Geek Squad (after two hours on the phone) was able to connect our computers. Now that it is connected it is working as it should and we are very satisfied.

Does not duplex. Not worth the money.

I didn’t even think to check on that as at the price point I figured it was a given. As I investigated to confirm that information (and that it wasn’t just a driver issue) it was nearly impossible to find. I feel like that should be stated clearly in the description. Also, the physical setup is all via pictures on a piece of paper and it’s not super clear. The software setup was difficult on a Mac. I had to try and combine several of the recommended methods to complete it. Overall, it’s nice that it’s small and it feels sturdy but I’m frustrated with the duplex issue. I’ve thrown away the box so I’m unable to return it.
