HP printer has problems

HP locks down most of the functionality to their terrible app and it’s difficult to print. When it does print, it’s quick and good quality. What happened to the simple printers that don’t require an account to login? Come on HP, get it together!

Excellent printer

The only concern that I have is that sometimes there’s one of my devices in my network that do not get the connection with the printer, I have to reset the wifi button in the printer, but other than that I really recommend this printer.

Easy set up, but get get instructions on web

There was a video for the set up on the web. Found it after googling the product info like “set up for HP...” Also be sure to shake the toner cartridge back and forth. Hopefully toner will last a long time, not like those ink jet printers where you have to always replace, even when not using.

good print quality, but glitchy wireless operation

Seems half the time we try to print from it wirelessly it won't work the first time. Sometimes we have to power cycle it to get it back online. Maybe they had software issues, has been better lately.
