Works great after some time to get running

Purchased a similar M28W printer at Best Buy in Mesa AZ a year or so ago. I knew what was being delivered would do everything required. Love the cartridge rather than all those ink packs and constant need to clean jets.

Works but loud

The 2-side printing is cumbersome since you have to turn the page. My main issue is that this printer is very loud when printing. But the price was low so I am OK with this printer.

Too many problems

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: its small, compact and a good space saver Cons: the paper feed seems to take two pieces of paper from the tray at a time when printing so half my document gets printed on one page and half on the second page. This has happened many times, even when I use quality paper. Also, sometimes it tells me there is no paper when there is. Its too late now to return the product as I purchased it in Feb 2019, but for me, this was not a good product at all.
