I have been nursing an inkjet all-in-one for awhile. Should have replaced the inkjet with this model some time ago. Set up was easy and linking to network was straightforward. The app is great and I can download files and print from my phone without issue. Highly recommend.

The connection disc only works if you have a disc slot on your computer, something that is excluded on newer laptops. Had to download software online and have to re-do practically every use.

liked the idea of it being a laser printer however

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Liked the idea of purchasing a laser printer, however after getting it home and setting it up, that is when issues started to arise, The first issue was paper jams, which was easy to clear. Had to go to home screen on PC to click on one of three icons to get the printer to work after that. The smallest paper this unit would work with was 4 x6" I print a lot on 3x5 index cards, Major downside. The largest complaint was the lack of labeling on the few buttons on this unit. At no time was it possible to look at the very mall screen to see what or why the printer was not working. all it showed was H P or ERR. Tried for a week to make it work, but in the end returned to best buy and purchased another ink jet printer
