Printer Purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this printer has worked well and I hope I can use it for several years. Setup can be tricky but it is very easy to print if plugged into the USB port on your computer.

Got this for home school kids during shutdown
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting up network printers can be tricky for people who don't know how to do it. I set this up and it has worked since. No issues so far. It has a smaller footprint for a printer. Works well. The display on it is tiny though.

Paper jammed, unable to resolve
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially loved this printer, but only used it a few times and the paper got jammed, ripped and now I cannot even get to the back of the printer to remove the paper. Everything is locked in despite trying to unscrew it, Now the printer won't work ecuase on the jam flickering light - copy or scan wont work. Impossible to resolve, and printer call out is $79 at this point I just need to buy another one as it is likely to keep getting paper jams very disappointing in the life usage

HP laser printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The few times we’ve used it so far it has belted very well. We had an older model which became outdated, after an update to our Mac laptop. We purchased this one because it was a lot like the previous one, which was a great printer.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only use a printer a few times a month for home use. Tired of spending $$$ for cartridges that just dry up. New HP lazer jet pro with toner is only way to go for older people. Very happy with printer and best buy pick up service.

NOT A True All In One Printer Constant Print Issue
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my old all in one HP printer that scanned fax/email, copied and printed double-sided. However it would print slow and go through ink really fast. When that one stopped working I decided to purchase this all in one laser jet for faster prints and longer lasting ink. Upon setting it up and test printing for the first time I realized it does not allow double-sided printing which was a disappointment but I figured I’d make do. Unfortunately, the printer sat for a few months not needing to be used and when I finally had some documents to print they all printed overlapping words, pages constantly pull in together printing half on one and half on the other. I’m also unable to print wirelessly when I’m in a different room without some kind of print mishap or error. Lastly, print to scan documents and email/fax are not even an option. This is definitely not the type of all in one printers I’m familiar with and sadly the return date had already expired by the time I got a chance to use this product as I intended too.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has caused you so much inconvenience. It’s no surprise that you’re perplexed and frustrated after experiencing wireless connectivity difficulty as well as poor performance from the document feeder. I want to help you remedy these problems, so I’ll provide some resources I hope will accomplish that goal.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find that page here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
Next, I suggest you follow the steps in this guide to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01728503
If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location

Just what I need
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You pay for what you get. It’s a little slow when scanning but I don’t need it to be that fast. The printing is pretty standard. I’ve had it for a year now and it’s still working.

Good but no clear way to find out if connected
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good printer, a little difficult to setup and know if it is connected to wifi. No app that i can find and the screen on it doesn't tell you. Also disconnected from Wifi a couple of times. When it works it works great.

Inexpensive allin one BW laser
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WiFi is a problem even though its the preferred setup method. Frequently disconnects. Print is good. Scan is good. If you can use the USB setup. Very flaky on MAC, OK on Windows.

Stylish printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good size, lightweight, great wireless connectivity. But the downside is I only printed less than 10 pages and it already used 20% of toner, which surprised me a lot.

HP MFP M29W printer prints, scans, but wifi useles
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer and scan functions work well. The WIFI function is something else. It is difficult to set up properly and the HP Print/Scan Doctor program does not help with wifi issues. The printer has to be set up separately for printing in Windows10 with the cable and separately as a wifi printer. The wifi will not print without a password, and it is supposed to print out a sheet that includes the password. However, it only prints a blank page, and I can't find out how to otherwise access the password to see, or edit. My phone cannot print without the password so it is functionally useless.

great printer for beginners
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. I prefer black and white ink which I do my personal work only require this color. Do not like color printer, always problematic, at least for me. Also, the color cartridges are expensive.
