A very GOOD experience with best buy. This was the first time I have dealt them shipping. They said I Would have the printer in 2 days, this was on the weekend. Hard to believe but it was done. Very IMPRESSIVE. THANKS VERY MUCH. Tommy Steele

Had to research a bit to find out how to copy a page. About the smallest printer I ever owned. Has all the features I wanted, except no FAX. NOT an Ink Jet, but a LASER.

this printer is very easy to work with and the printed copy is clear. It prints very well and is easy to operate and also has a very quick response. It is very compact and fits well on my desk and because it is quite small, there is more room on my desk for other supplies.

Its a great printer if you're just printing on regular 8.5 × 11 paper. I have had a few issues with it jamming , but its nothing that isn't an easy fix.

I purchased this for my children to print their school assignments. So far, it works great, and somehow we are still using the toner than came with it. It took a while to set up, but that probably says more about me than the printer itself.

Compact size, easy to setup and prints fast. The paper tray could be better as the paper sticks out pretty far.

The quality of the printed pages is good but the printer is very hard to connect to the wifi. It gets off line all the time even though my wifi is great.

The product is easy to use and is of the quality expected. A great product for home or office or both, depending on one's personal or company needs. The product is of a great price too

Printer works well most of the time. Sometimes a driver update is buggy and you have to reinstall drivers again to get it working again. Overall, a pretty good all-in-one printer at a decent price.

Good small printer with all the functions you would need at home. Setting up was a little painful on Linux, had to resort to using a system with Windows

I own two printers; one in Michigan and one in Florida, spending six months in each place. I have always had a problem with ink drying up when the printer “sits” for six months. I fell this new printer is a great solution to this problem, plus it works great.

OK for very basic printer. Does not include tray to hold paper or document feeder.

Not what i thought it would be but does what it is supposed to do

Reasonably price B&W laserjet printer. Only prints on one side - more expensive for paper but much cheaper with toner cartridges. How much color does one family need after all.

I mostly print text and no photos and when I switch from inkjet to laserjet I can definitely see the differences on how clear and crisp the text looks, and no more worrying about buying ink anymore.

It is a good printer for the price. You need to create a HP account and need to be logged in to scan. No issues faced with dropped wifi connection etc. Overall no complaints so far.

I have printing issues that don’t make sense. It will stop printing and I have to restart it. When it works, it’s fast and good quality. Scanner is very good.

I had this printer and was moving it, when I dropped it and busted the glass in the scanner and tore up things internally! I immediately ordered the same one and it arrived the next day!

Love this printer! So much that I bought one for my daughter too. No more having to go out for a printer cartridge every time it’s been a while since my last print!

I was so excited about this printer. I've only had it one week and I am ready to return it. Error message after error message. Printing never works on the first try. It will say out of paper when there's paper, paper gets stuck, and whenever I have multiple pages to print, it will superimpose the pages on top each other. And oddly, it prints fine on the second attempt, but never the first. Weird. The instructions suck too, as there is no key for the error codes that pop up on the screen. Idk if I just got a faulty one or what, but taking it back to the store.
