this needs a platform for collect the printed copies. they get sucked it and printed over... you need to be right there to catch them

If you want an inexpensive, basic monochrome printer that can sit for months without ink cartridges drying out or print head malfunctions, this is the printer for you.

This printer is nothing fancy but gets the job done and done well. I was tired of the ink jet printers quitting after a few years and hopefully this one will last a lot longer.

Great basic black and white printer/copier for the house. Best of all, the toner/ink won't dry up if it isn't used for months. Small footprint and light weight make it easy enough to move and store when not needed.

Don’t use Apple setup! Download HP SMART instead. It will find the printer. Then go into wireless settings to choose it. Password for all new printers is 12345678. Then print from your IPhone or iPad. Took 5 minutes. I connected 2 iPhones and 2 iPads.

Simple black and white printer. Nothing flashy but gets the job done. Does not inclyde the installation disk. Internet conection is required to download the unstalation files.

A good printer. It connects via ethernet or wifi. Has an app you can install to print from your cell too. It doesn't have a display, which would be nice. But overall its a great black and white printer for the price.

Purchased for my mother, who is in her 70's. She only prints black and white, and her previous printer kept drying up her ink before she could use it, so a simple printer with an black toner cartridge that will not dry out is a perfect choice.

Does a good job. Have had an occasional issue with connecting via wifi, but restarting the printer corrects it each time. Otherwise excellent printer.

I'm not thrilled with this printer. Set up was a pain. Quality of copies are not as sharp as I think they should be. I opted for laser because I wanted to save money on ink. The ONLY thing I like about this printer is the compact size. I would have returned it but because of time of purchase (3/9/20) and COVID19 guidelines I wasn't able to before 14 days. I called the store and asked what should I do. I was told the day I called that they were still open for business.

This product was a little tricky to set up at first if you have a 5G router. It won't let you go through all the setup steps on the website, but I found despite not fully setting it up to run all that the app supposedly has to offer to print from the phone, it still works fine with my computer and what I want it to be able to do from my phone which is print emails and occasionally a web page.

Māoris great been using this for more than a year. Absolutely recommend this. I love printing from phone and this has been a godsend.

This printer/scanner is very compact but difficult for use. At times it appears offline and it requires to be reconfigured (could take up to multiple hours). I am currently able to print documents through MS Office but the printer is displayed offline on the HP Scan app and I am unable to scan. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, using HP Print and Scan doctor and nothing helped. The printer is status is connected in Control Panel on the devices list, but not through the HP apps or on the "Windows Printing Status Window." Any help would be appreciated!

Works well and very quick. Instructions were basic had to go on line to find out what the buttons operated . Did not give enough info out of box or on line to fully operate .

I bought and set up this printer for my mom. The wireless setup portion was very simple and it works flawlessly. She's also used the copy function which works well.

My husband lives by this laser! He had the old one for several years and used it for business...... I would love to get him the color one however it has a long wait time.

I like this printer for simple printing projects. However, if you're not there to catch the printed copies when they come out, the paper will just curl back into the paper input tray.

My wife wanted this printer for her craft room. It is not our everyday printer. She needed features that were unique to this printer. It works for her projects and scrapbook projects.

I no longer print photos at home and was tired of replacing ink all the time, so I was looking for a nice all in one with just black ink. This laser jet fits the bill perfectly and it is so clear.

My daughter bought it and used it in college. So far i did not hear any complaints yet so I assume that the printer is good.
