Why didn’t we purchase a laser printer?? Every household should have one for anyone who is school or working from home.

No unexpected negative surprises. I got what I thought I was ordering. These days, that's sometimes a surprise.

Worked well for a second printer. Liked that it is WiFi enabled to work with all devices in the household.

Product is slim and good, Need to have back side printing option

Bought this as a Christmas present and the person who was bought for seems to really like it.

Work good from phone, but it always offline on my windows pc. Have to run troubleshooter to fix.

Very good printer for the price and for my simple needs.

Most devises--such as printers--set up themselves. Not this one. Doesn't automatically print like my old ink jet but only allows me to "save" to docs and to print from there. And the simplest action should be to use printer to copy a document-in-hand. But per the schematic [NO words of explanation] I must place the doc this way and that more than once to get a paper copied correctly. No # to call for help [online doesn't let u talk to a person, only prompts] and Best Buy won't help unless you sign up for a 1-year Geek membership. I only kept the product because I do little printing and figured something out. I have an IT friend that may be able to help me when he returns after the winter. As you can tell, I know little about computers and devises, but that's the point. Not at all easy to set up and figure out but should be.

Love this printer best one I have purchased in awhile. No more cartages every week. love it

This is a great printer for B & W, easy on the ink and WiFi on the home network syncs with all our devices.

Was not completly excited about this product and wish I had done more research but it just a plane black and white printer you really benifit most when you plug it in your computer cause wireless it does not work as good as you may hope for

Set up was quite difficult. Required having HP access my computer and took a couple of hours.

I only use black & white, so this makes the most sense. Easy to change cartridge.

very nice printer for home use. Sometimes it will show as offline when u are connecting over network

Does as advertised. The quality is beyond expected based on the cost

The laser jet printer we purchased prints documents perfectly from my phone or laptop.

great for the home office. Does not take up much space. The wifi is a good feature.

wish this one worked better. had to return the printer due to behavioral issues rather than performance issues. had to reinstall the disk twice in order for it to be available on the network again. also would not print all pages of my work que just 1, could not figure out how or why, not even an IT worker...sad.

It keeps getting disconnect it from wife , that is the only part that I don't like , also not that easy to scan..
