Worst Printer Ever Made!

It constantly says either -- Paper Jam (there is none) or low on toner. It refuses to grab a sheet of paper. I have checked the cheap plastic rollers inside on the arm that grabs paper. I can move them with my fingers. They are working. Then, as soon as paper is added to the printer, the rollers freeze up. They will not budge. This happens with a normal small load of paper -- say 15 sheets. When I go to print, I hear the machine clicking and trying to grab and move paper. But it cannot. Sometimes it will make contact with the paper and move it like 1/4 inch, but then it fails and gives up. Then, if I PRAY enough -- on VERY RARE occasions and only if I only put in 1 or 2 or maybe 3 sheets of paper, the feeble paper grabbing arm can MAYBE grab 1 sheet of paper and print. BUT if I was trying to print 2 pages -- FORGET it. No way. It gives up after the TREMENDOUS effort of printing 1 whole page. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I am extremtly appalled at the HORRIBLE quality of this lightweight piece of plastic crap. If it were not for the pandemic and all -- I would take this back to Best Buy and get my money back --I only bought it in January! I have wasted over $200, counting the toner cartridge that I bought. It takes me HOURS to get this device to once in a blue moon print even 1 sheet. I feel like throwing it off of a steep cliff and watching it burst into cheap bits of plastic. Save your $$$ and your sanity. Do let HP and this printer drive you to frustration!
