- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I have an inkjet/scan/copy/fax that works OK but not as good printing as this HP. It was a breeze to set up, HP provides a EZ setup for Mac and iOS... printed from both problem-free. Remember to get a replacement cartridge since the one shipped with the unit is for limited use, also recommend 22# paper.

I'm very sorry that the printer wasn't quite what you expected in terms of wireless network compatibility and scanning. I understand these are important features, so I can imagine this was disappointing.
While this printer only supports wireless printing over a 2.4 GHz bandwidth, it does support scanning. For more information about the scan feature, you can visit page 35 of your printer's user guide here: hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05847830.pdf

We don't do a lot of copying, but when you need it it's a time saver to have. Same with scanning. Set up was less than 5 minutes, Super easy to use. Can print from laptop, phones etc. No real lag time when sending a print job - starts printing within seconds. Excellent price for all this hand space saving model has to offer. I would buy again and purchase as gifts for others.

Quality of print is excellent. So easy to use, no problem at all. It is so economical since , I don’t have to buy ink, not like my previous printer, ink are so expensive and they dried out if not in use for a while.

With drying, they are normal. Good clarity. Black and white only. Does copy and print well. Have not used it for scan. Fits nicely on desk top. Easy to load for copies, paper feed is in front and sticks out from printer body. For my useage, I decided to hard wire rather than bluetooth.

Everything is so simple to understand, unlike my Epson which I only had for 13 months and threw it out. It was absolutely impossible to use. It was user unfriendly. I can't find enough words to lavish on how well this LaserJet Pro works. I think it was delivered the Next day, talk about speed WOW. Thank you so much I love it.

Just what I wanted, it seems quite solid. I do not print through wifi yet, I have it connected to my pc via cable. Relatively quiet and fast. I haven't found a "preview print job" in the driver software as of yet and would like that feature. Very happy so far.
