NOT good for Office use or for MacBooks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is not good for Office, or for chronic, daily, multiple papers printed use. When trying to print from a MacBook,[ and apparently this is a problem for everyone with a MacBook using this model (just Google it]), the printer has trouble connecting to it; UNLESS you select print in different program. Preview will not work! Try printing in the ColorSync Utility app if applicable. However even then the documents kept getting lost in queue. Even printing from PC's, the printer would have trouble staying connected. We constantly had to restart the printer. The printer also printed our color documents really dark, chronically has items lost in the queue, Takes forever to actually print out something and even if you do it will be a miracle if it printed out all of the pages, as most of the time it will only print the first page. And sometimes it won't print because the "memory is low". We called HP Headquarters trying to get some of our issues worked out, but after trouble shooting for about 2 hours our technician suggested we just buy a new printer. Hope this helps!

Absolutely Best HP Color LaserJet Printer Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned many different models of HP Color LaserJet Printers over the years. This printer that just came out is absolutely the BEST ever! Advantages that you will appreciate as soon as printer is set-up: (1) It is extremely FAST to wake-up and print the 1st page, (2) Much less noise while printing, (3) Much SMALLER physical size overall. My older HP Color LaserJet (CM2320nf) was still working and was not very old, but my ink-cartridges were getting low. I could have bought more ink cartridges, but given the cost of the cartridges, I decided to spend a little bit more money and get the latest printer. I'm so glad I made that decision. You will not regret getting this printer.

Randomly won't print.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer ...... when it wants to print. Occasionally runs out of memory (as the warning states). Bizarre. And sometimes just won't print a simple document. I missed a deadline because of that.

Printer rate is barely 15 ppm for B&W text
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quality of the print seems okay; however, I am not getting anywhere near the speeds of 28 pages per minute. And, these are black and white text PDFs that I am printing out. For example, I printed out a 28-page document (my February Daily Reports) that this printer took more than 2 minutes to complete. The printer will spit out maybe 7 to 10 pages, and then it pauses and a message on the touchscreen says that it is Cleaning. What is there to clean; this thing is only a couple of weeks old. All these pauses seem to be what is slowing this thing down.

Money pit
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great until it didn’t. Worked for about 16 months and now must be replaced. Toner is outrageously expensive. The life expectancy combined with toner costs make for a money pit.

Do not buy this, really
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took me hours to install the only help I received from Geek squad which I paid for was to bring it back and they will test it. I had to go through countless blogs before finding a way to make it work on my new Dell. Over priced does not even come close to meeting my expectations. Do not buy.

Great Printer, Good Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm very happy with this printer. It's amazing that a color laser printer with all these features are available at this cost. Years ago a printer like this would cost thousands. I'm extremely happy with the output. I also purchased it because I don't print all that much and my previous inkjet printers would dry out whether I printed or not. Laser printers use powder which should not dry out prematurely.. The printer found my wireless network immediately and I've had no problem printing from all my computers and my Android phone. The printer even has its own email address so you can print to it from anywhere in the world. Just email your file to its page.. If the printer isn't online, it will be held in the HP queue in the cloud and will print as soon as the printer is powered up. Two sided printing is no problem and it scans and copies effortlessly. My only frustration is the printer powers completely off after 8 hours of non use, so after that time or the beginning of the next day you need to walk over to the printer and turn it back on physically. The printer setup does not offer a "no shutoff" option. When I inquired, an HP technician explained that it's a new model and in order for a new laser printer to receive the "Energy Star" label it MUST shut down after 8 hours of non use.
