When I wanted to use the WIFI, I was not able to because the printer was only accepting 2.4g it was not able to recognize 5g.

Will never buy from Best Buy EVER again

I bought this printer and it did not work. I bought a second identical printer from best buy, and that one worked. Best buy would not let me return the first printer because more than fifteen days had passed since i bought. It had not even been 30 days. Now I'm stuck with a printer that does not work. I will never buy another product from Best Buy.
