I've had some terrible luck with printers so I just wanted something simple and basic and good that will be reliable. So far this is doing the job. It's a solid laser printer. I don't use the wireless function on purpose, because we have spotty wifi sometimes. Just plug and play.

The HP Neverstop printer was great--until it stopped, one month out of warranty. One day mid-page it just quit. No power, no lights, nothing. We didn't even make it through half of the original toner cartridge. Four calls over two hours to HP yielded a disconnection, transfer to an automated system, the wrong department and a warranty representative who could not hear me when the transferring rep could. I couldn't even get to a point of trying to plead for understanding, or to see if a repair was possible. Best Buy was marginally better, where a Geek Squad person did some low-level troubleshooting which, while ineffective, was appreciated. I was also informed that printers are not serviced in-store; they require in-home appointments which cost $80 up front. Not terrible if you and your business can live for a week without a printer. We can't. After 20 years of service from an HP 1022n printer, this mid-level machine seemed like a no-brainer, and it was five stars until yesterday. Abysmal customer service and a waste of $329 (we didn't go cheap for this reason) on what was supposed to be an industry-leading product leave me wondering what to do. We probably got a lemon based on other reviews, but there's no support for this.

Super easy to set up. Fast printing. No fuss. Will buy again!

High volume of printing for school this year, this should reduce cost significantly over ink jet. Estimating 20,000 pages or 200 terms of paper being under $150 for toner and drum. Telling the kids to print whatever they want feels good. :-) great printer for the cost, works well, easy setup... had it about a week and happy with the purchase.

It’s my first laser printer and I like it! I mostly print shipping labels so it’s nice to have a printer that’s not using a lot of ink! It’s not noisy, but there’s definitely quieter printers. I thought the set up was easy and I haven’t had any connection issues.

I started a class for certification and wanted a laser printer to print my work. This printer was easy for me to set up as a wireless one. I like just hitting the print on my phone and off it goes. It should last for a long time without having to add toner so I am really happy with this printer. Ordered Saturday night and picked up Sunday morning , happy for that convenience.

Stop buying all in one printers. Stop buying cheap printers especially on sale. If you want a printer that works and will work for some time for the sole purpose of printing, spend a little more. I like this printer.

I bought this to make flashcards and in the discription said it did double sided printing. In reality you have to flip the page and re-load it. Other than that issue this has been a very good printer for us.

Works good so far. Haven’t had to refill the ink yet. It took my wife a little while to set it up. No complaints about printing quality or it running on our network for wireless printing.

I bought this as a backup to our networked printers after a Windows update took them down. It's a great little printer. Fast and the print quality is excellent. We're on the included toner but a replacement "tank" was a fraction of the price of a conventional cartridge.
