I have had to delete and download the drivers for this printer more than once . Kept getting "no driver found " notice after using the printer for a short time . Also downloading software from HP has been a very long slow process . The download speed on my end was 65 Mbs speed yet down loading 66 MB from HP was a 25 minute down load . If not for the soft ware glitches I would add a star .
