||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The OfficeJet Pro 6968 was not the easiest to set up, for me - had major problems with scanner not scanning. Spent TWO HOURS Googling for solutions. Finally gave up and called the Geek Squad. Should have done that in the first place. Installation disk did not have updates on it, so Mr. Geek Squad got into my computer and reinstalled the software from online source. Now scanner works fine.
