1st time purchasing an HP

I even paired it with their ink program so my ink is shipped right to my door before I run out! Smart printer! Yes I’m a real person. I just enjoy writing reviews that tend not to sound as if a regular Joe Schmoe wrote them.

Love HP printers

Only issue I need to check into is if I use the document feeder when I do a scan from the front panel, it scans the bed and does not pull from the document feeder. It detects a sheet is in there so I don’t understand why it does not feed it. Works fine from the PC if I select the document feeder.

It doesn’t specifically and clearly give accurate details on how to install the paper correctly. I had the hardest time with installing the paper. You have to make sure that the top paper tray is open and pulled out, in order for the paper to come out of printing. There were a few minor issues with paper jams.
