Good Machine

The first one stopped working within a week. I exchanged it without any problems. I can make color copies and 1 to 2 sided copies. I love having this on my desk. Another teacher has purchased this exact machine. Thanks to Best Buy I am able to make copies for my students.

Simple Printer

I hope this printer lasts a thelong time. only reason im giving 3 stars is because i have not used everything with it so it is good on the copier and the printing from my emails and internet

Two-sided printing is a hit-and-miss affair

I am also concerned about the longevity of this printer -- I had to buy it when the prior model that I owned died three days after the extended warranty expired.
