I love this printer...I didn't need a new printer but I did need ink for my HP eprint station...so I decided to buy a new printer instead of buying ink so that I could sign up for the instant ink...Best idea I have had in a long time..this is a great. printer and a great program! My old printer died so I headed to Best Buy to look for a new one. The salespeople were extremely patient and helpful in helping pick out a new printer that would fit the needs of my household. And it was on sale!! It has worked wonderfully....will return for other household items as they need replacing!

Printer is a good basic multi-function printer, in my case for home use. I’ve used all functions but the fax (which I never use anyway) ... no issues in the 2 months I’ve had it. Set-up was easy and direct. Its networking has worked well with two different computers, one on system 7 and the other system 10.

I've had this printer for about 10 months and am very happy with it. I've used the scan function a lot and it is very easy to use. WiFi set up is intuitive and works great. My only negative has been a struggle to keep a second computer connected to this printer which could be pc related.

My previous printer just stopped working. I went to Best Buy to get a new one. I wanted something easy and not elaborate, one that would be reliable. My husband and I are very pleased and happy with this printer. I can always rely on Best Buy. There associates and customer service are outstanding.

I got a great price for this printer. that's the good news. Printer is very noisy when starting to print. Scanning is an issue if you are using the latest Mac OS. I contacted HP for a work around to scan. they were able to help, but scanning is very clunky.

I was looking for a replacement. I missed how my old hp model had the settings of how much black ink you wanted to use for your copies. This printer doesn’t have it. I haven’t printed pictures yet, so that should be interesting. I got it for cheap during Black Friday. It does it’s job.

I've only had a few HP printers before but so far they never let me down. The Officejet line is always the best to stick with by personal opinion, can handle home life and work with without killing the bank account. The new ink program is also a plus, never have to worry about driving anywhere for ink.
