We dont use the fax part but have used the wireless

Had to return the first printer because it would only print in color using up my colored ink. Best Buy replaced the printer with no problems. It does a good job. One thing I don't like is that instead of placing things to copy on the right, near side, this model has you place items to copy on the left, far side. Why?

I like this printer very much ... altho I do have a small home business, I really didn't need an business style printer ... however, this was an excellent buy as it was on sale and I had best buy credits to apply. I'm very happy with my purchase and expect to have many years of good use out of it.

I got this printer because the reviews were good, and they didn't disappoint me. My other printer was an Hp also but it started not accepting paper I had it about 10 years so instead of fighting it I purchased this printer and I am really glad I did. This printer is for my own personal use.

The printer started out great and easy to use, but as time went on it started giving me issues. Didn't want to print, didn't want to connect to devices that were previously connected. It's more of a headache to print from it.

I first bought one of these HP printers after watching a deal boss segment on the news. We own two businesses, and the other printer we had wasn't working very well. I liked the HP so much, we decided to buy another one, and I found the best price at Best Buy.

Great product. Made a mistake in set up using purchased ink catridges. The printer knew the difference and I had to use the cartridges that came with the machine. Printer seems to work well so far.

This is a fantastic printer! It will do double-sided copies and it is very easy to print to it from your mobile devices. You can also enroll in the HP ink Savings Program which for a low monthly fee will automatically send you a text you're not running to the store at the last minute.

I purchased this printer to replace an old Cannon that finally was beyond head cleaning. It works very well, the ink pricing is reasonable. The ink cartridges are easy to replace. The set up was very easy and the wireless capability was easy to set from all devices. I highly recommend.

The ink cartridges that come w/the printer are really small. They run out of ink after printing only about 50 pages of color and b&w (only text). Do not plan to print a 100 b&w text only sheets as soon as you buy it unless you have additional cartridge of in on hand. After about 30 color prints, color cartridges are low the quality of the print is poor (doesn't have the right color tones). The printer needs to be turned off & on prior to a print after it "sleeps". When I send a print job to the printer when it is in sleep mode, it wakes up & keeps repeating over & over that print job is starting, but it never prints until I turn off the printer & turn it back on. It's very annoying to have to do that & takes several minutes. The ink subscription plans don't really seem to make any sense unless you are not concerned with budget.

I do a lot of writing and need printouts of many of my articles. This printer was the perfect item that fit my needs. I don't scan or copy that much, nor do I print in color, so the various options this printer offered were right for the price.

Purchased this item to help run the office in a new startup. Only issue we have is occasionally it takes a while to warm up or work through maintenance cycle and print. Occasionally it had trouble with scanning to computer. Overall it works and gets the job done.

The printer functions as advertised. And I like the individual ink cartridges. I'm skeptical about HP's push inside the packing for you to pre-order ink based on the number of pages you print. It seems like HP is trying to bring their business model into your home. DONT DO IT!

Needed a new printer for the home office and this one fit the bill. wanted the capability to sheet feed scan and copy. plus side: does everything, ink lasts longer than previous printer, and got it on sale. minus side: much larger than previous printer and takes up a lot of room.

This printer does just about everything that I need is to (dual sided printing, copy, scan and fax). The one loss if star is for when copying single sided originals, the printer does not allow a setting to copy the single sided originals onto dual sides.

I didn't have any time to research. My business was growing so quickly I needed a printer on the desk in addition to one in records. Best Buy employee steered me right with which would be most suitable for me with need for doc feed. We shall see how quickly ink levels empty

This is the second one of this model that I bought. The price was reasonable, and I like the feature of double-sided printing. I didn't want to have to go through all the set up involved with buying a different one. The scanner does not work well with pictures.

Bought this printer to save on ink as the other printer I had was a Canon photo printer which seemed to use a lot of ink. Have only had it about a month so can't say how it will do as far as ink, but seems to be a good home office printer/scanner/copier. Allows you to scan a document to email.

Reading other printer reviews, it seems that sometimes getting a new printer can be a mixed blessing at best. This one has, so far, worked perfectly. No problems at all. Had numerous issues with my prior HP printer, so am glad I finally made the change.

This HP printer serves our family's needs well. It does great color and black printing. The scan function is really useful as is the copying especially the 2 sided document copying and automatic document feeder. Great printer for the price.
