So far this printer is just right for me. My old one lasted for over 10 years and I hope this HP can do the same. I love the WiFi and I can print from all my devices. And the HP instant ink program made my decision to purchase this printer that much easier.

This printer is good for little to medium use . The cartridges are not cheap and if run out of color you could not use printer . Never sign up for the automatic ink shipments that are offered as they rip you off and charge u per how many sheets you printed . This is a joke as I bought the paper and paid for the ink but yet they think they can charge you for what u print . I think not as I buy a cartridge and paper so will never do that again as soon as I canceled the auto shipment with the place funny thing is I couldn’t print anymore from the cartridge so really funny they screwed me the whole time .

I was looking for a replacement printer for our older model HP. Originally, I wanted a laser printer, but after speaking with a sales person, my husband and I decided this one fit all our needs. It was a bonus that it prints double sided copies.

It was time for a new printer since my old one broke and a Best Buy employee was very kind enough to help me find an affordable and good working printer. It comes with everything I needed and then some. I recommend it !

This is the second printer of this type I have purchased. The other one stopped printing in color after about two years. This one was on sale, so reason for purchasing it again.

Besides the good price I was able to recycle my old dead printer for more money off. Printer is a little noisy when first starting up. Scan function does not work with Apple OS. You need to down load APP to scan documents to your Apple desktop. It is called HP Easy Scan.

This printer does a great job on both color and black printing. I am very pleased with it and plan to enroll in the automatic ink delivery plan offered by HP.

My one complaint is that when the ink is used up in one color or in black and white, it is necessary to buy all of the cartridges. A waste of money and cartridges. And another piece of plastic to clutter the environment.

I set up this printer with relative ease. Only issue was even the store did not have the larger ink capacity in stock. Went elsewhere and they do not stock it either. Have not printed many sheets to let you know of ink usage or any defects.

I replaced a similar HP printer with the 6968 as the older (2 yrs) one malfunctioned big time. So far the 6968 is working great. The only drawback was the set up process which took longer than expected thru the HP website.

Being able to email directly to this printer is handy. I wish it was quieter. The _big_ (unanswered as I type) questions are -- "What is the run cost?" and "How well does it hold up long term?" -- So far, all looks good, hence my 5 star rating.

I love that I can scan doubled sided documents. Also the ability to scan several documents from the tray is a plus. These features are really important to me when sending (scanning and emailing/faxing) several documents as an attachment.

My husband needed a small freezer to put his items in from his garden, because our fridge was beginning to fill up. We came to Best Buy looking for a small freezer for a small space to put in our garage, we are very pleased with our purchase.

This product has been great so far. I am still having some difficulty working the scanner but I think the problem may be due to my old computer. I need more time to troubleshoot the scanner. I am very please with the other functions on this printer.

Love this printer, especially the feature where I can email files to my printer. This printer would not work with Vista 64 and I am not ready to buy another computer. So glad that I can email files to the printer from my computer or from my iphone.

The OfficeJet Pro 6968 is perfect for home use. I replaced the old HP All in One due to being outdated and this one runs so much more efficient. The only thing I haven't had a chance to do yet is print pictures, but everything else no problems.

Had an HP Envy for 3 years and the wi-fi connection was starting to get spotty. Some days it worked, some days it didn't. This new Office Jet has performed extremely well even with a lot of heavy use in our home office.

I purchased this printer from Best Buy in New Jersey almost two years ago. As I approach the two-year mark, this printer has stopped functioning as intended. Don't get me wrong, I love the features; touch screen, scanner, ability to print from my phone or email a document directly to the printer for printing. But as of two weeks ago, it no longer prints with black ink. I tried everything. I purchased an official HP ink cartridge to replace my existing one - $41 from Best Buy - and that did not fix the problem. I followed every troubleshooting guide I could find online, directing me to print test pages (eating up loads of the cyan/magenta/yellow ink), conduct printer maintenance, clean the print heads (via the printer function), reinstall the driver software. Nothing worked. The printer registers that there is black ink, but it refuses to use it. A two-year-old printer, well maintained, in mint condition, and it won't print blank ink. Not worth the money. I won't be buying an HP printer again.

Great all around printer. Very pleased with the purchase. Bought for faxing, printing and copying. Does all very well. Would definitely purchase again.

Not a bad printer the print is nice and clear. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it took 6 hrs. To install into my HP computer I finally got it after troubleshooting the 3rd option.
