We are used to a much larger printer. However for the price and features listed it works just as described. The color is not as vivid as with a larger printer but it does the job. Would not recommend for photo printing though.

Looking for a printer for occasional use at home and it has served its purpose many times. I have enjoyed printing from many devices over the wifi as well. My only complaint would be the printing speed but for home use it is quick enough.

This printer is super easy to set up. The wifi capability is awesome and I'm happy to be able to not have to use wires when connecting to the printer. The copy or scan function is easy and I really like the touch screen.

This a great HP All in One printer that was on sale for a great price. I purchased it online and picked it up in store. The process was extremely easy and the in store pick up was a breeze; in and out in just minutes.

I had an HP printer for years until it finally stopped feeding the paper. So, decided to replace it with another HP. Glad I chose this model. No problems setting it up and so far it has been working great!

Printer works great. Ink loads easy. Instant Ink program registration ran into a snag. Make sure you have Wi-Fi setup properly or it won't work. HP assistance was great though. Kuddos to the patience they had helping me out.

So happy to have a new printer/scanner. My old one I thought worked fine until I couldn't order ink because they stopped make ink for if. So with a new one I realized how bad my old one was. Happy

It prints slow but does everything it’s supposed to! This is the third one I’ve bought as using them in an office setting eventually kills them somehow after 18 months, but for the price I can’t complain!

Unlike my HP6600 Series, this one did not install as easily to my computer. I had to call my Tech. Support people to help me and I still can't figure out how to do Double Sided Scanning. This option is not readily available. It was one item that I appreciated on my former PSC. I tried the HP Website only to be further frustrated. When I first used it, I would get vertical lines on my scans, which over time have pretty much gone away. I am not as satisfied with this one as my last one which died as a result of not being able to recognize that there was paper in the supply tray and the cost of Repairs was prohibitive forcing me to purchase this PSC.

Bought this because it was on sale, when I purchased my last laptop right before Christmas. Much faster printing than my last HP photosmart printer.Also like the automatic ink refill program from HP. Very conveinient.

We have two desk tops, a laptop, three iPads, an iPod and iPhone. We use this printer with all those devices. The scanner works well for pictures or documents. We've never considered a home printer with a feeder. That saves time.

It's a nice printer. I've always liked HP computers and printers and I get along with this printer just fine. Has a sheet feeder for multiple copies and scans, which is why I bought it.

With the cost of the new printer and the ink program, I will be saving more than $500 a year compared to my printer and its insatiable need for one cartridge of toner after the other. Thank you Best Buy!

This all in one is very simple to setup and network setup for printing, fax and scanning is quick and easy. Scans are fast and high quality. I like the top loader - easier than lining up originals on the glass

I have had several HP printers and this one is the best. It's so much quieter! It does exactly what I wanted: duplex printing, ethernet connection, separate color ink cartridges. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We had an HP printer/scanner for about 13 years before we had to purchase a new one, and we wanted to stick with a product with a good track record. Best Buy was very helpful, and price was good!

basically bought this for the WiFi function even though the unit still has direct function capabilities. HP is a great product and has a very good support staff to assist you if you require assistance.

First of all, it's very loud. and it goes through ink very very fast. On a good note, the print quality is good and clear. Ok for an inexpensive printer, you get what you pay for.

Easy set up but the print quality is much worse than I’ve ever seen in an hp printer. I wish I had purchased a different unit but will use this at work for now.
