Great value with all the features you need. I recycled my old printer and received a credit, and this printer was on sale. Highly recommend. Also has ink replenishment when you need it.

This replaced an old HP printer that quit feeding paper. It was easy to do and it makes lots of copies quickly Haven't needed the extra ink yet, still on the initial ones that came with the printer.

Yes, printers are expensive, but I’ve had this one for two years, never had any issues besides having to clean the rollers but that’s easy, well worth the money if you take care of it.

They have been really nice printers with extra features, I just with they would last longer. I am not a big user. Always been treat well.

Works well and takes many thicknesses of paper easily. However when I tell it to scan from my computer, it does but —- then it tells me it doesn’t recognize my computer to send the scan to it. Arghhhhhhh

Needed to replace our EPSON that crapped out after about a year and a half. Never been a big fan of HP industrial printers but decided since this one was on sale to give it a try. So far have not been disappointed,

This is great printer that functions also as a copier and scanner. Pretty standard for this industry these days. What makes this printer exceptional it’s the prize and portability

The ridiculous thing with printers is that when they get a few years old, the replacement ink cartridges cost more than buying a new printer. Hoping that isn't the case with this one.

Bought this printer along with a new computer. Didn't know what I was missing till I got this one - being able to print two-sided copies is wonderful. Still learning all the functions, but so glad I have it.

My old all in one printer decided to fail. I looked about and found this unit. I have used it now for a while and it performs great. I think it is about the best ink printer I have had.

The unit prints well and is fast. The only complaint is that on occasion when you are printing multiple pages at a time the print sometimes stops and starts all over again.

Recently purchased the HP - OfficeJet Pro 6968 Wireless All-In-One printer to replace my old printer. I have been a loyal HP purchaser of laptops and printers. Love my new printer.

bought this printer to replace an old 4in1 HP printer. Does the job, only faster and has 2sided printing. only downside is that the dimensions are somewhat larger and it is a tighter fit because of it.

I really like everything about this printer it is just the wireless connection that can be very frustrating. It will just drop randomly drop the connection and it becomes a whole process to re-connect

This all in one printer has been perfect! Great for our teenager's homework and for other printing needs. The copier and scanner are very handy features and love having those options for a home printer.

Easy to use but trying to scan multiple times to an email it won't continue to process. First 2 times is a piece of cake. But after that I have to wait and try again later.

Only problem is getting ink cartridges for printing. It was reasonably priced when purchased but in cartridges are hard to find and very costly.

It was easy to set it up, it pretty much did it by itself. Print quality is great. Ilikethat it came with the option of getting ink when it is needed, so if I start to run low it will send me refills.

Good for everyday use. Haven’t tried to print pics yet, but so far... so good. A bit noisy though (although I think all are) My previous one (Canon) only lasted 2 years before dying unexpectedly

I purchased this printer to print pictures. It works very well. It also does a good job printing documents but that ius not its primary function as I have A HP Laser Pro for that.
