Need something tat lasted longer than my last printer, and this prints descent quality, and average speeds. it is not laser jet, but for my current needs it is great.

This is almost a copy of the printer that malfunctioned but this one is working well. Bonus feature ... it uses the same ink as the one that I had to get rid of so no wasted ink.

My husband had a printer that was about 8 years old and it was costing him alot to keep it printing, so I thought it was time to replace it and use instant print. So far so good!

Only bad thing is that when I try to cancel printing, it does cancel, but then tries it again. Ended up using a whole black ink cartridge trying to cancel my printing. Very annoying.

I had a Printer once before that I could not get to work on WiFi no mater how hard I tried. This one was very easy to get to work on WiFi. Have all my computers and Phones working on it.

It is a quality cheap printer. It does it job, no complaints. It isn't the best printer but for the average occasional print jobs in the office, it does its job and isn't fussy

I had one very much like this one for four years, so wanted to get another. If this one lasts as long I guess I'm lucky since I was told that they are not made to last very long, and can't be fixed.

Replaced another 3 y/o HP printer with this one. The set up was easy and it worked ok out of the box. A recent problem is that it loses signal to my router. But overall the printer does as it is advertised.

I purchased this all-in-one to use it as a fax now because my fax machine was outdated. When my printer is no longer usable, I will be using the all-in-one for everything. I like its versatility.

Good All in One Printer, has a few little quirks though. It will drop the connection sometimes or make you reload the entire software for unknown reasons. Overall performance it does what it say's it will.

Read lots of reviews of many printers before choosing this one. It connected with my network in an instant. My phone found it quickly as well. Colors are vivid. Sends to be a great buy for $90

I use this printer in my mobile office and it works great. Pairs easily with bluetooth devices so everyone is able to print directly from their phones and tablets with ease.

It took some doing to connect the printer to the computer. Still haven't got the document feeder functioning with the scanner. Other than this, I appreciate the abilities of this HP product.

So far the printer has done everything it said it was to do including double sided printing at the push of a button. I had a paper jam (my fault!) and it was an easy fix!

My 12 year old printer finally gave up, so needed a replacement. This one was on sale and offered Ethernet connection as well as WiFi. Easy hookup. It's been working great!

We got this printer because it got all the features we needed and also that you can replace individual colors. We printed less than 100 pages for wedding invitations which turned out great and the printer was quick. We had no need to use it for 2 weeks. Turning it on to use it said that it has a printhead problem. Got it to the geek squad and in about 10 minutes we walked out the store with a brand new replacement. Love the geek squad support team, always there when you need them.

prints fine. nothing fancy, scanner is slow and breaks often even with latest drivers / software from hp site. constantly re-setting up

I previously bought an Epson which gave me nothing but problems, I had a HP before that lasted many years should have stayed with HP the first time. The Epson was very difficult to set up.

No tech support necessary! My wife set this up and normally she gets frustrated with anything tech. Connected to WiFi with no issues and has been operating without any problems
