Thought we'd try HP, so far we like it! A little hard to set up, and HP did not call us back as they said we would, but eventually we figured it out.

It's the BEST printer I ever had. Was very easy to hookup (wireless). Would recommend this printer to everyone. It's EXCELLENT and GREAT. Give it a 5+ Stars Rating.

I bought this unit for two reasons: one, it was on sale & two, it was Ethernet capable; many wireless printers are not. I bought it as a gift for my brother, the one I like, so it had to be good.

This is a very nice machine. I like a lot of features that this unit has to offer. Especially the two sided printing. I got hooked up to my wifi and it works fantastic.

Had to replace my HP 7590 all in one in a hurry and wasn't sure this would fil the bill but in the end it did. It is slower than old one but prints much better photos.

This is my first printer/fax machine. I set it up and figured out how to run it. If I can do it anybody can. Sent some faxes and it worked out fine. I had no problem.

I especially liked the interactive touch screen. It has video tutorials and help instruction. The price was great and I even got to use a 10% off birthday email coupon from Best Buy!

I've had this printer for a while now and I haven't had any problems, I wish the ink would last longer but I guess that's because I use it more than average.

This printer is quiet and works well. I still think that HP charges too much for their ink. That has nothing to do with this printer.

I was looking for a replacement with all the lastest features in connectivity and performance at a reasonable price. This printer filled all my requirements.

I got a better printer than I needed, but it was on sale at a good price. I had a little trouble with the connectivity at first, but it's OK now. The printer works.

I had copy machines before. I had a new copy machine by brothers the I was not able to use.because I never able to installed the WiFi. I totally recommend. This copy machine.

The printer reports that my utilization will require ink refills and they are shipped in advance to make sure I don't run out of ink. Beginning at $2/mo, can't beat it.

This is a great printer and works near flawlessly with both Mac and Windows environments. Setup can be a little finicky, particularly for those who have no idea how wireless networks work.

The speed and quality of images is good. However, when printing the machine is loud compared to other HP printers I have purchased in the past

I purchased this printer because I needed a new printer and most of the reviews were good but after I set it up which by the way was extremely easy contrary to some of the reviews it started having power issues. The printer would shut off and could not be powered back on without going through a lengthy unplugging and replugging regiment that was just ridiculous. Needless to say I returned this product

The HP Office Jet is an efficient machine that makes copying and scanning easy. The top loader allows for the use of more than one sheet of paper at a time.

I didn't have hope for printers...had 2 both awful. But this is a good printer. Doesn't drink ink like my old one did and works well with my computer. I would recommend it!

Pleasantly surprised. Printer was more than I thought as far as extras. Having its own Wi-Fi makes it easier to print from other devices. I would highly recommend this product

had trouble getting printer set up. Maybe because my computer is updated to windows 10? always buy HP products this one does same as last one only not in same way. Hard to get used to it.
