I love the product but one thing I don't like is the WIFI range is not so good you have to have the internet router close to the printer to work or otherwise will be offline all the time.

The wireless portion has problems. I find I have to turn the printer off and then back on in order to print a page that I sent wirelessly. It takes a couple of minutes to cycle the power.

I am very happy with this printer, but had a bit of trouble downloading the software package. It makes life much easier to be able to print all the chapter note required by my professors.

My old computers did not recognize the printer in wireless mode. Took several tries before I was able to connect them, after connections it worked great. Just what I needed for home use.

This is a great printer for the price I paid. I don't have a landline but being able to scan documents and send them straight to my computer or email to someone I don't need a landline.

Got this for my apartment since I often work from home. Allows me to do everything I need to do and haven't had any printing issues or concerns this far

I am very happy with this printer. Double-sided printing is really nice and it was not hard to set up. Have not tried to print from my phone but it says I can.

So far it meets my needs and performs better than expected. The only aspect I'm not crazy about is the paper tray. It seems very fragile and cheap, so I tend to load the paper delicately.

After looking at all the available HP wireless printers and what I needed to do with it, the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 seemed like it was the best bang for the buck.

The purchase was simple and the sales associate was very helpful. Very easy to set up! Take out of the box and follow the instructions, a no brainer.

This was a very easy and "user friendly" printer. In fact, I purchased two, one for my personal use and one for my church. The quality of the print is excellent.

I purchased this printer so I had something on hand when I started working from home. So far it has done everything I need it to do, only downfall is that it is pretty loud.

This is a great option for the small business who prints very frequently and needs high quality images. Utilizing HP instant ink also has saved me a lot of money and time.

My wife is a teacher an I have 3 daughters in college. This has been a very good product for us so far. Everyone loves the Wi-Fi printer capability and the printer speed is also very good.

Purchased this new printer on sale for $5 more than ink for the old one. This is an all in one. Works great and signed up for the ink subscription. That's a great deal!!

Replaced an HP printer that didn't have multipage document feeder. This all in one printer is an excellent replacement for my previous printer.

This is a good basic printer for personal and work use. However hard to use and find directions on various topics. Seems to use ink quickly.

Easy setup/Color not as rich as my older (10yrs.) HP but passable/Quick printing/Not sure of ink usage yet but maintenance cycle comes on frequently/All in all ok for $79 sales price

We spent time at Best Buy comparing the wireless printers. We knew that we would not be printing too often but still wanted a good printer. We believe we made the right choice.

UPGraded from HP6600. I Like all features except the difficulty of getting ink cartridges into the printer-takes much skill to get them positioned properly. This should not be this hard.
