Glad I purchased this printer. Love the auto-duplex feature. Bigger than I was expecting so wouldn't fit in the space in my desk for the printer but I don't mind.

The last one I had lasted only two years or so, so here's hoping this one holds out a little longer. To be honest, though, I bought this because it was cheap.

I purchased this to replace an older and slower printer that had given up the ghost. It has performed fine in the short amount of time I've had it.

A little heavy. My other you could see the paper before it ran out but on this you just have to check on it. Overall its a good printer and does a good job.

HP support is in India and all they keep saying is "I'm sorry" and you'll get no support. Only takes new HP ink cartridges. Don't buy this product if you want to use refilled cartridges and ever need support. Service is not in HP's vocabulary any more

Chose the tower because HP is known for quality products and the Geek Squad always provides quality service on the VERY rare occasion I have has to use them.

Store employee was very helpful and went the extra mile , this printer was not on the shelf, he checked to see if one was in the store and got it for me. Thanks

Easy pick up, ordered online. Easy set up. It does everything I want. Copy, print, fax and scan. I should have bought this printer a long time ago.

This is my second one of these printers I've bought and they are both great printers. I also researched and bestbuy tends to have the best price on the printer.

This HP printer is similar to my old one, which I've had for years. Since my old one lasted for a long time, I opted for this one. Works great so far!

I replaced my old copier with t new one just like it, It works well as a printer, copier, fax. Photos are beautiful. I'm hooked!

Set up was easy. The best feature is the multi-page feeder. No more standing at the printer scanning one page at time.

I was skeptical of going back to HP printer but this one hasn’t disappointed me yet. You can print from your phone, iPad or computers very handy.

This printer is a great buy. It’s done everything I’ve asked it to do. I love the instant ink availability. I highly recommend this printer.

open the box, plugged and it work. the only criticism is that the best buy sales girl told me it scan both sides, not true. but that is not the printer's fault

All you need in a printer- fast, high resolution scanning, copying.... I love to use the multi page tray for scanning, very practical

Works well for the price as an everyday printer. If you're looking to print photos though, choose a different printer as photo quality is poor.

A little difficult to set up on different devices but works great when set up. The direct print feature works well with apple products better them other direct wifi printers

I bought this game n sale since my just hp print head took a dump the 8610. I like this one much better. Not so bulky like the hp 8610

I highly recommend this printer to those in school, office or in the home. The printer ink refills are responsible too! Love the wifi features! Very convenient.
