It's a printer and we use it for printing. We were able to figure out how to select quiet mode rather quickly. Straight out of the box, we plugged it in and began using it.

Not happy that it didnt come with a cable to hook up without wireless option. Otherwise it has worked well. Only purchased this a month ago.

This all-in-one printer is fantastic. I even have two-sided printing available, which has not been available in other printers I have owned.

I recently had to replace my all in one printer 6600. This printer is faster and the print quality is much better than my old printer.

Having trouble getting the wireless feature to become established, but it appears that when that is accomplished this will meet my general personal needs.

Overall it's a great machine. I brought one with a defect and Best Buy exchanged it with no problem. This one seems to work perfectly. I would recommend it

I bought this to replace an hp printer and am so happy I did. Love the dual paper trays, great for photos. Picture quality is better than most printers

Haven't gotten around to setting it up yet but I love all the features and the price. Guess I'll see if I got what I paid for or something much more...

Bought to replace 8 year old HP printer which was still functioning but lacked AirPrint support for iPhones. This printer filled the need quite nicely.

Came home, plugged in the electric code, Windows 10 stated that it had found a new machine, and the printer was ready to print.

The setup was simple and it’s worked like a gem since purchasing. Highly recommend for anyone with a home office.

Am a big HP fan and not disappointed with this printer/scanner/copier. High quality. Only concern is that it takes a while to "wake up" when printing and scanning.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Best Buy as I find what I am looking for most of the time. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I haven’t bought a printer since 2011 i think. My printer that i replaced didn’t actually die, the ink was just very expensive. This printer seemed to be a newer version of my older model..but it’s not. This is much cheaper, slow, feels cheap and hardly holds any paper (yes i read that before but thought it was a typo). I wouldn’t buy it again.

Was a bit hard to set up with the toners. Seems to print and copy fine. Have not tried the scanner feature yet.

I a OK low printer. Is strange when try to cancel a print job does not cancel. Continue to print. Smell ink cartiages. Purchased the XL to see if get more printing.

The printer is good for the price we paid for it, but it was a little difficult in terms of setting it up to work on both are pc and mac computers.

Easy to setup and works well with a wireless connection. Mainly just print black and white and not a large amount. Like the printer for the price.

I’ve had this printer for a couple years now and it still working in top condition. It does it all and is easy to connect to WiFi.

Love this printer so glad I never have to go out for ink again and after all my free months of subscription to ink my printer was almost free
