The instant automatic resupply program is a strong plus. Duplexing performance is most welcome and is truly should be standard. Setup was easy and hassle free.

Easy wireless setup. I like the automatic feeder and the 2 sided mode. I can put my paperwork in the feeder and start the scan from my computer.

Easy set up and connection to laptop and cell phone. Color quality especially reds not great

I could not even figure out how to put the ink in. A friend helped me and once we got it figured out it worked great. The directions with it are not very good.

Been great for all I've needed. Very happy with its photo printing. Haven't scanned or faxed anything yet, but I 'm sure it will do the job.

The printer does what we need , we like blue tooth connection so multiple computers are able to print and we like the cartridge replacement program .

This printer said it had a scanner but it never worked? I loved this computer. It was a great printer for the price.

So far no issues and was a snap to set up. Ink seems to be reasonably priced. Auto feed feature also works well for a home based printer.

Linksys is a great router on a budget . owned one before and always worked great. chose a new one with an extender for better coverage.

Simple and easy to use doesn't take too much space. For small business great to have or just to have around for kids projects

Works as advertised and the only issue so far is it sometimes won't wake up and print or shows its offline but will still print.

Works great. Would have given 5 stars, but the cyan cartridge gave me errors from the get-go. I had to keep resetting it until my new one arrived.

Work in a small office that needed a multi-function device. We don't demand a whole lot of this machine, but it does everything we need it to.

This is a good home office printer, scanner, and fax. Insta Ink makes it a great deal for saving on the pricy ink.

HP has been the only printers I have used for many years. I got a fair price for printer and if needed, I will return again.

Great home printer however I do feel that it goes through each rather quickly. Even after replacing cartridges I get a low ink message

Had to punt a little on the start up instructions to get the WiFi to connect but figured it out in a few minutes. Smooth sailing since.

I am using Ancestry.com. I have found a lot of information and made many copies. This copier has had a tremendous workout.

Set up was difficult. Had to contact HP. It took the tech over an hour to get my printer to work. Once set up, it works great!

So far seems to be working as it should. Takes a few seconds to start printing after hitting print. Instructions not very clear.
