excellent printer for starters. ink cost you can shop around for or join the hp program per month to automatically get the ink

The printer is great but it required the Geeks to get it installed on one computer. Installation software seemed to be the problem.

I shopped for several weeks for a printer which would fit my needs as a homeowner. The reviews helped, combined with the price, helped me decide. Glad I did. Fits my needs well, Installation was simple, Usage simple. Speed good.

Printer is ok . Should have bought a better one . It was a little hard to set up . Not as happy as with other printers

I had HP printers for years and switched to others because of cheaper ink. That was a mistake. HP printers are just better in the long run.

Was working great for a couple of months, now keeps losing connection and had to turn off and on each time I wanted to use

I did not use much, but so far I don't have any problem. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't use much.

We are pleased with our purchase. My only complaint would be that it has to "set up or reset' before it will print my selection.

I purchased the printer without the instant ink option, but it came with instant ink cartridges which I was forced to use in order to finish setting up the printer. I you are not using the printer on a regular basis for example for a home base (small) business this, instant ink, may be good for you, if not it not worth the trouble. I like the printer, but not the instant ink option

I have had a problem from the start with the wifi connection to this printer, but finally connected , overall, I like it,

I love HP printers they are not ink hogs like canon printers, I print everyday for my job and HP printer are very economical.

Easy set up and took up very well when my old HP failed. I even signed up for the mailed ink. Good advice from the Best Buy sales rep.

Only thing it doesn't have is double sided printing, but I knew that. Very convenient for just printing random things.

HP quality and service. Great equipment straight out of the box. Would recommend to anyone and would repurchase.

This printer works and does what it says I wish it had something that would not allow a items to go through the top scanner because now mine is got lines I can't get rid of also it has always made a lot of noise clunking sound but it's always done that and like it's cleaning or moving there the cars back and forth always make noise so I wouldn't buy this again but good try make the next one better

I have always purchased HP printers and after reviewing printers, I found that the HP 6968 suited all of my printing, faxing, etc. needs.

Because I have computer problems I really can't review the printer I purchased. So far it rums ok and does what it is supposed to do.

Scanning is a little difficult to do on this printer; I could not find a slot for a USB drive to load scans onto.
