Ok not great

Downloading drivers, applications etc. . The printer is OK. Not great colour by any means, but to print or scan documents, fine. I've had much better hp and other makes of printers in the past at same if not better price point. Based on this encounter, I won't purchase an HP printer in the future or base my decision of the guy at Best buy.
