Good printer but online connectivity issues.

I keep having to fool with it and reset it. Frustrating when ypu need something printed quickly. I didn't read any reviews before I bought it but while dealing with this issue, I finally did do some research on the hp site and it,seems it is a common problem with a lot of the HP printers. Pays to do your homework.
