    no problems putting this one together . must remember to get it to work you need to download the software from hp . or at least to activate it . they will try to get you on the never run out of ink deal . i just turned it off. now we shall see if it will do better than the last one that only lasted a year and a half

    First HP OfficeJetPro 6968 worked after initial set up but then had problems & BestBuy took it right back. Second one seems to be working OK but just installed so I am holding my breath. Not the easiest printer to set up esp if you have a router & modem....next one I buy will be plug and play like the Canon Pixma I had before.
