You need to go in and make some adjustments when you first buy it if your going to be printing from the internet. It says it's off line but when I send something to it, it does print so maybe its something with my computer.

Printing is irregular. Doesn’t scan

I’ve tried to scan some legal documents and it tells me it can’t communicate with computer. I called HP and they promised to call me back to help me but never did!

Good home printer

I tried to find one that would use the current ink that I had from the printer this one replaced, but no luck, so now have some extra on hand. Ink for this one seems to be reasonably priced.

Great printer but....

Till this day it still messes up some. Not terribly bad but bad enough to not print high quality photos. I think it's just a defect in my printer and I've had it too long to swap.
