I needed a all in one - print, scan and copy!! great

I wish you didn't have to use the color cartridges

after owning countless HP InkJets at home and work, I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the bundled ink packs barely have any ink in them. they are referred to as setup cartridges to enable you to bootstrap your device and maybe a good dozen printouts...

This printer prints slowly. The paper tray does not slide smoothly. No option to continue printing when ink levels are low. Printer is still new to me so I am still learning about it. If the tray would slide smoothly it would mitigate a lot.

This was on sale and took a shot on it...glad we did!

I purchased this printer to replace an old HP printer. I had many HP printer and usually love the products. I had have set up many printers through home and work. This setup is HORRIBLE. I could not get it to load at all on wireless. I had to hardware it to do anything. The wireless continued to drop on the printer. My computer said it didn't exist. I returned for another one after the tech couldn't get it to work either. Got home with new one....same thing. Had to call GEEK squad.... He was very nice and patience. He finally got it to print!! But after one print document.....stopped. I have to turn it off and on each time I wanted to print. If the document was several pages, it would stop in the middle. Again, turn off/on and start all over!!! I am returning it ..... TODAY!!!!

I love the Fax option on the printer, it's lovely.

This device worked decent for the most part. Seems to use up ink more than printers we have had in the past. But after 18 months with little use (556 pages printed) the print carriage is stuck even though you can go through some steps to free it to replace cartridges When you close the cover it goes through steps, but then ultimately the print head cover does not seem to be retracting and the carriage will not move. We have gone through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. We are going to have to buy a new printer.

It does the job. This printer is very efficiency !

Printer was first HP that was disappointing in many ways. Very noisy and eats up ink, like I eat French fries. Use of Apps and printing from cellphone hit and miss situation. Expensive to replace all ink cartridges.

The printer was difficult in getting set up using WI-Fi. Ended up using the CD and cable to set up the printer. Still unable to get the printer working wireless.

This printer is ok, but not for a busy office. The printing time is a bit slow, and it just feels like a lower quality product. I'm keeping it, but will use it in a lesser capacity.

I was so looking forward to having this printer. However after setting it up and finding that it printed, I was unable to to make it connect to the computer. I had a Geek Squad guy come out to set it up for me, but he indicated that the printer that was sent to me was defective. I will be exchanging it next Tuesday and hope to have better results this time. This is the first time I have had problems with HP products that could not be resolved.

Specs looks perfect but paper will jam most of the times. It will take multiple papers to print sometimes . Thought of return but is been a year. Return policy might not agree. I won’t recommend.

This printer is not reliable for color printing. The color Quality is very poor. Color portion of the printer needs improvement. This is the second purchase of this particular model.

the printer works fine. there is a bit of a wait if you dont print everyday when the printer goes into power saving mode. when you wake it up it has to do a series of system checks and cleanings before it will print.
