there is no option of converting to pDF for scanned documents, i need to know if there is any option for this or not.

I have U-verse and could not get this printer to connect to the Wifi connection. I wasted a lot of time on the phone with both HP and ATT tech support. I can only use the printer as a wired printer. HP blames ATT, U-verse blames HP.

I am not tech savy. I needed help setting up the printer. There was a different number on the disc & the printer. I am now disconnected from my Wi Fi. Just not really happy with my choice. I will be calling HP service tomorrow.

I should have purchased a better printer. This one is not very reliable and is very slow. It douse not recognize paper in tray after you install it must open and close the drawer a second time. Photos are miss aligned.

Well, it works fine but the only thing is that the PDFs are saved per page so if you have a 5 page document it saves each page individually and not as one document which is very annoying. Other than that it's good.

Ink is too expensive. Only worth it if you want to print in color. Otherwise buy yourself a laser printer that prints 5 times as fast and can print 750 pages in a $20 toner cartridge.

Its good printer for the price, gets the job done but downsides are that it takes too long time to warm up and looses connestion with the PC for scanning and i have to constantly reestablish it.

A good printer with lots of functions. My only complaint is it’s a rip off on ink. Consumes to much or cartridges are disguised. Big cartridge little product.

OK for the price. But does not seamlessly work when the computer is sleeping. esp when scanning. I should have purchased the 300 dollar HP so it would get the job done.

Good printer, easy to use from phones. Goes through ink pretty fast. Couple weeks after warranty it quit working. Support decided there was a power surge, which is lovely considering they don’t want you to use a surge protector. Repair person said integrated circuits so repair is impossible/more costly than replacing, also said lucky to use up one round of ink before losing a printer these days. So figure you might be paying for a year of use.

Not real happy with this printer the touch screen is not easy to use to small hard to plug in the numbers with your finger you need a rubber tipped pen maybe returning for a better one.

Could not get the direct wireless print to work. Wifi setup was easy and quick. Unfortunately, the printer will frequently only print wirelessly from the iPad and not the laptop.

PROBLEM WITH PRINTING INCLUDING INK CARTRIDGES. BOUGHT NEW CARTRDGES AND STILL PROBLEM. HAVE CALLED HP MAY TIMES ON THIS ISSUE. IF NOT SOLVED, HP IS TO REPLACE.

It works fine except it doesn't keep the wifi connection at times. I have to turn it off and then on again in order for it to connect. I've learned to just keep it off until I need it.

I went and got a new printer/copier/fax machine. I had great service, but with th HP officeJet Pro 6968 have had to install reinstall at least 6 times

I’m vingar a trouble with Wi-fi, sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t. I try to check internet solutions, but after to did the procedure, continues not working!

Good cheap printer but ink is pretty expensive. If you don't print a lot this is a good fit

Overall I was unhappy with the product. It was not easy to set up.

I enjoyed my HP printer. I only love it because of the warranty the Best Buy offers. HP does not offer as good a warranty at Best Buy. Get the warranty feel relaxed.

Not good or bad. You get what you pay for and it does the job. Not for people who print several pages at a time. Ideal for home and/or students.
