Only lasted 14 months! The sad thing is I hardly used it, didn't even come close to using half a ream of paper. Conveniently stopped working after 1 year warranty expired. It worked great at first but after a year it started acting up.

The blue tooth connection gets lost frequently. I am recommending this only because I must choose yes or no. It is not a bad printer, but I make no recommendation.

printer worked better with iPads and apple phones, connected to them right away. windows 10 laptops had problems with wireless connections, took some effort

in addition to above the software that comes with the product is of poor quality as one must go to the website in order to download the operating software.

Don't like the smaller ink pads....run out too soon. Don't like the way scanner works....too many steps, and it's not as responsive, like with the 8500.

My disappointment is not with the printer, but with the advertised OCT software, that was not included, but required an additional $79. to activate.

I love this printer and all the features, but HP sure does love updates, like every time I turn it on. Also, the ink is ridiculously expensive.

I just bought this to replace a 1 yr old 6830. I am nervous that this new one will be the same experience since the two look and behave so similarly.

For the price it’s a good printer. Not the fastest and tends to do printer maintenance every time your doing a project.

I've had HP printers for many years. None have gone offline as frequently as this one. When online, it works as intended.

Thought HP had good print quality & attracted by sale price. The labor-intensive process to sync this with our tablet and WiFi did not work as directed, and left us with unwanted junk app and mail from HP. Would wish this on worst enemy.

Set up takes a little longer than anticipated and does not scan images directly to my email account like other hp models do.otherwise good printer

Good printer, screen pad is over sensitive making choosing task a bit frustrating. Also, doesn't seem to have much speed when copying.

For the money good printer ,just a little big of a machine and uses multi color cartridges ,rather if it had one cartridge for the color .

Had a real hard time getting the scanner to work.Directions where to put paper were unclear. Once the machine was set up works like a dream.

Love the printer but it’s very upsetting that the ink doesn’t last any longer !! Very costly to replace the ink cartridges!

It’s an ok printer for the price i paid. It have too many paper jams and randomly won’t see inks installed!

It does what it’s supposed to when you are able to get it set up correctly. Had troubles with set up, it was not very intuitive.

It is hard to download in other devices, having a hardtime to connect in some laptops like apple and del. I don’t know why?

printer works well if hardwired to one laptop or wireless to one laptop. Does not function well in wireless setting with two laptops.
