Frustrating. Still trying to find a printer that actually works well. I have to reboot when I print any document with color over 10 pages.

printing quality pictures is not one of its' best features. If your looking to print family pictures i would select another printer

A decent printer if you are in no rush to print anything. It was cheap and the ink isn’t too expensive to refill

Printer did not work well to begin with. I must have gotten a bad one since I've always had an HP printer and never had an issue.

I enjoy that it had the capability of using a larger black ink cartridge, only if it wouldn’t run out so fast.

The printer is really slow. My last printer was also connected to my wireless network and would print in half the time. Quality is ok.

I was unable to get this printer to work properly. Always showed printer offline. When it did, it took a long time before it started printing. An AT&T tech working on my cable found the printer had a bad nic card and was throwing errors on my network. Also couldn't find any HP phone support #. Returned it for an Epson of equal value, no problems, works great, faster, took half the time to set up the Epson than the HP.

Ink is outrageously expensive .... and it would be nice to have air print ... but alas price point is right.

i had this printer a year and i still can not get it to work with my computer. it is so upsetting. i gave up on it.

This product sometimes does not work and I have to pull the plug out and put it back in just to turn it on.

It doesn't include an USB cable because it's a WIFI printer, really?. I don't have wifi at home. But, the printer is good.

Was hard for me to set up. Of course not tech savvy. Works well on all tasks except the operating screen is too small for me.

I'm only giving it two stars as it works sometimes. This is the second HP printer I've bought and it will be the last. The next one will be a different brand. They don't seem to be what they used to be. It will work one time, and then it won't the next. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why it does what it does.

Doesn't let you know when ink is running low, only find out when you try to print something, then you have a blank page.

IT wasn't easy for the Geek Squad t get it to working right. I had to contact them about 5 times

Good, but it wouldn't let me install my other scanner along with this. Wifi has to be reconnected a lot with my lap top.

Seriously, buy a different brand of printer if you want longevity. I've gone through at least 6 HP in the last 10 years, and though I don't use my printers that much, the wasted equipment and ink $$$ is devastating. I don't have a budget to replace the stupid thing, but I have printing needs so, guess I'll go broke...

It doesn't work about 30% of the time. I even hard wired it to the computer and still doesn't work sometimes.
