This printer does not automatically bring the document being scanned on the computer up on the screen. The Wireless Connection does not work and I remain extremely frustrated with this printer. It was On Sale but the best thing that can be said about it is that it is a $90.00 plus tax paperweight. It is also very cheap construction but that would be a non-issue if the All-In-One-Worked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!!!!!! WALK ON BY!!!

When I contacted tech support, they said the problem was with my laptop. I never had this trouble before with my Canon printer. Also, tech support wanted to control my laptop remotely. My husband did not think this was a good idea. Still stuck.

It's going back. I bought a brand that starts with the letter C and no problems. I have never had a problem with this brand for over 15 years. I knew better than to switch brands. Maybe I just happened to get the 1 bad 1?

Repeated attempts including reloading the drivers failed. Frustrating device with directions written by someone who didn't understand basic things...such as how you load the ink cartridges.
