Really Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I apparently didn't read enough reviews prior to my purchase. Set up was easy; got onto my network with no problem. Even printed off some pages...the first night. Then, 3 - 4 days later, I turn it on and it immediately has a paper jam error - without ever printing! I tried every reset in the book but this error would not clear. Returned & got me an Epson XP-640.

Cheap printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of Chinese plastic, Does not seem well made. Set-up was a pain as they almost insist that you sign up for an ink service instead of buying ink as it is needed. I'm still not sure I got that set right. I needed a printer quick to do my taxes so I tried this one.

Not Impressed at All
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used Canon printers for years, but after the last one I purchased was of low quality I switched to HP. However, this HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 is truly awful. I've only had it a bit over six months and it uses ink like nothing I've seen. The bad part is that I rarely print something and when I do the quality is poor. So then I must use the utility to clean the cartridges, usually more than once. More ink is used cleaning the cartridges to get a legible printout than for the actual printout. Guess I need to find another brand.

Meh...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for the house and I liked the price. However, the bluetooth connection is extremely spotty and it runs through ink too fast in my opinion. I guess you get what you pay for but I was hoping for a bit more functionality.

Posted .Hey there,
I'm really sorry to hear that the printer wasn't what you expected in terms of connectivity and ink usage. We always aim to provide an optimal experience with our printers, so this is quite disappointing. To that end, I'd like to address these concerns with some helpful suggestions.
As far as ink consumption goes, you might consider using your printer's draft mode and black and white settings to save ink. If you have and are still using quite a bit, Instant Ink might just be worth a try. Many customers like our available plans. They're based on how many pages you print monthly, ultimately saving you money: HPinstantink.com
For the Bluetooth issue you noted, I recommend reaching out to us for support. We'd like to learn a little more about this and work on finding a solution. You can get in contact via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
