Not a reliable printer

It gets disconnected very often I have tried it wirelessly and wired. I have installed it and uninstalled it so many time that I already lost count. I would return it to Best Buy if I could. My old printer was also an HP and worked fine. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.

Haven't had much time to resolve but went to print something and printer is not working. Getting error code repeatedly and when I attempt to turn if off, printer goes into endless loop without powering down.

Only lasted 2 years and that was very little use. We were gone half of each year!! Spent 28 hours over 2 days on hold with the Geek Squad and never did get help!!
