    Failed the first time I used it.

    This printer failed the first time I used it after Geek Squad Tech installed it the night before, never worked right, brought it back and bought a Brother printer, which so far has worked well.

    so far i have not had anything good to say on this product it is hard to connect and hard to use i am pretty disapointed in this one

    Not a reliable printer

    This printer has given me more trouble in 3 weeks than my old printer in 4 years. It gets disconnected very often I have tried it wirelessly and wired. I have installed it and uninstalled it so many time that I already lost count. I would return it to Best Buy if I could. My old printer was also an HP and worked fine. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.

    Printer is really hard to use. Instructions not clear. Uses tons of ink. Can't print black only. I'm giving it away and getting a Canon printer.

    Had printer less than 3 month and already having issues. Haven't had much time to resolve but went to print something and printer is not working. Getting error code repeatedly and when I attempt to turn if off, printer goes into endless loop without powering down.

    Seems to be very flimsy uses a lot of ink very poor quality. I had a very poor time connecting to my computer

    I almost brought this machine back, it was the hardest to install that I have ever had with an HP. Not good help from HP either

    I bought 2 of them and they are OK! it spends more time updating than printing! It even woke me up in the middle of the night updating!

    Printer used ink very rapidly, and colors never right. Colors often appeared streaked. I no longer use this printer.

    A message showed, "Improperly shut down," but it wasn't true. I tried to shut it down again, using the proper button, then it showed "shutting down" for six full days before I pulled the plug. Then it was ready to print again.

    Don't waste money on this printer. I am a teacher and use it to print things at home. I started having issues with it a month after purchase. It's still not working right. I will try again now that school's out but I have a feeling I will be looking for a new printer. Very disappointed!

    Worst Printer I have ever owned. Keep getting error messages. The scan document feeder quits working after one use and an error message appers. I wish i would have done my homework and investigated this product better, I would have NEVER purchased it.

    It was a great printer for the little use we got! Only lasted 2 years and that was very little use. We were gone half of each year!! Spent 28 hours over 2 days on hold with the Geek Squad and never did get help!! Took it in only to be told they couldn't fix it. Won't spend any more at Best Buy and will drop Geek Squad!!!

    This is the 6th time it's broken down on us. And the company sucks at helping! "It shouldn't be doing that", "your problem makes no sense." Yet there are several people with the same problem. So yourselves a favor and dont get this printer.
