I could not open the ink drawer door and needed to return

This new HP printer is working as expected. I like the duplex printing.

The printer did not last a year. So my money is lost.

Bought this for my home office. It did not connect to my windows 8

This is so hard to navigate. Was really took on this one.

I bought this printer for college. Although the ink cartridges appear to be small they provide LOTS of ink! Love the fine print in the colored images (super clarity). I am a person who learns best with printed materials; not online books, but I also understand things better when they are in detailed color. Currently I have been printing about 150 sheets per week and I absolutely love that is prints double sided!!! Everything about this printer has hit a home run for me. The price, the quality, the features, even the classy design of it. Thank you HP you are the best.

I had a prior HP all-in-one for years and it finally needed to be replaced. The 6968 is a terrific upgrade. 1) Wireless setup was a snap. The directions were clear. 2) Despite what some have posted, setting the auto-off and 'sleep' timing works extremely well and is easy to set. 3) Print quality is excellent 4) Printing from phones or via email if off-site are nice to haves and they work just fine 5) The printer wakes up and prints much faster than the older model I owned 6) If you have concerns over the machine's durability, it's cheap enough to where purchasing the extended warranty may make sense. On the other hand, it's so cheap that you might not actuallhy care. My experience has been that these things last about 5 years.

Printing is very slow, as comparison to other HP Printers I have used for over 20 years. The touch viewing screen utilizes only a small amount of space, it could have used. The touch icons on the top row are so small it is difficult to select an item, with a finger. The screen is slanting upward, without a way to have it facing straight forward. This could have easily been taken care of by having a screen which could be adjustable with either an upward slant or straight forward. The prior HP printer I had had the screen so it could be adjusted with two options, either upward or straight forward. I purchased this HP printer, as it was critical, because a better HP printer was NOT delivered by UPS, on the day promised. I have used HP always, and they have been very reliable and with fast printing. This HP printer definitely is not fast and overall a very big disappointment. The printing, at first look is very well defined, and printing a color document on plain HP paper is very good. I have not printed photographs yet, so I do not know the results. With the very slow speed of printing documents a color photograph will probably be very slow. Set up was excellent and precise, as long as you have the router code to input when asked. The options in the software, in reference to printing quality are inadequate, and without the choice of best printing on every day printing choice. HP instant ink was available, which appears to be an additional good option. I have only had the printer for a few days, so using HP Instant Ink outcome is unknown. I would not recommend this HP printer, unless there is a urgent need and the only HP Printer available in its class. I chose the printer anyways, because it was urgent, and the better HP Printer did NOT arrive, as promised. My prior HP Printer that had a failed print head was excellent in dependability and especially fast considering the year manufactured.

Got this printer today. It was very easy to get it started right out of the box. Just take off the blue tape, all the packing and shipping stuff, plug it in and you're on your way. It does most all the stuff itself and walks you through the process Thanks to the Best Buy employee that helped me pick this one out. love all the features.

Upgraded from a HP Deskjet 1050. This printer is awesome, by far the best printer I've owned. It's fast, quiet, and reliable. No issues so far.

I have seen some poor reviews in other sites and can’t believe it. This printer is easy to setup, prints great, allows printing and scanning from mobile devices with ease. From start to finish this setup was about as easy as it can get folks. Great job HP. Plus the HP Instant Ink program is a game changer! $4.99 a month for 100 pages - never worry about another ink cartridge cost again. I’m sold - thanks again HP! Highly recommend both the printer and the instant ink.

Great printer. Prints fast. Only thing i dont like is that it uses too much ink

Very happy with printer so far. It was easier than expected to set up and get on my home wifi network. I never had a wireless printer before and being able to print from my smart phone is a big plus. Mainly purchased to pair with a new HP Envy tower for personal printing needs and photo printing. Very happy with results so far.

I have always liked HP printers and when my old HP finally quit working after about 8 years, I was more than happy to buy another HP printer. When I saw this printer I thought it had a lot of great features for the price. The two-sided printing capability along with wireless printing was a big step up from my previous printer. Also, the HP instant-ink option seemed like a pretty good deal with getting automatic ink replacements for only $3 per month. The printer appears well-built, but the firmware has a very poor "feature" that has me very disappointed - enough to consider returning it. Keep in mind that I was intending to use this printer solely in wireless mode, which the printer is capable of doing. However, the printer will only stay online for a maximum of 8 hours and then will automatically shut off. When this happens, the printer will not automatically turn back on when a print job is queued up over the wireless network. The automatic power-off cannot be disabled, which is a huge issue if you want to be able to print wireless without having to walk over to the printer to turn it back on after it automatically shuts off. I contacted HP support about this and was told that HP does not allow you to disable the automatic power-off feature because they are concerned about energy saving. I told them my requirement for keeping the printer on was important and that HP should give their customers the option to disable energy saving features if they choose to do so. HP said that they would not allow me to disable this option. It sounds like HP is more concerned about energy savings than they are about keeping their customers happy.

I can print from any device anywhere in my house easily. Only downside is the cost of ink. Prints fast and produces great quality in all aspects whether it’s copies, scanning, or printing.

Good quality pringting and very fast. Easy to operate and maintenance. Recommend.
