This was so easy to install! I installed it within 1 hour on 2 laptops and 2 cell phones. It prints very nicely. I especially love the option to get instant ink!

We love this printer! It's much faster and quieter than our last one. Took a little longer to set up than the old printer, but a 20-something could do it in a jiffy!

These days everything needs to be smaller. This unit isn't real small but isn't too big either. Its wireless too which obviously means no more cables. We love it!

Purchased this printer to replace a previous HP that no longer did the job. So far (3 months), it seems to hold up to the printing for home printing jobs for personal, light work and school. During the purchase, my Best Buy Associate helped me figure out if the InstantInk product was good for me, which it was. It came with a 3 month free subscription which allows me to configure to the amount of printing I use on average.

Works great! I like the mobile app, which is easy to use and allows scanning to email. Prints fine. Need to test the 2-sided printing yet.

This printer works great and was easy to set up. It connected easily to the router and we were able to print wirelessly with no problems or additional cables.

Much faster than my old 4 year old HP was. Slightly less bulky but still easy to use. Only wish power button was still on right side, which was preferable for me.

We love this printer it has great wireless. It prints fast and with the hp ink service ink is delived stright to our door without us even worring about it.

I traded in a Canon printer that would not stay connected to the wifi. This one is more consistent. Great price and printer.

I'm not sure why this gets such bad reviews. Maybe people's expectations should be lower for a printer that costs less than $100. I bought this for my parents, who maybe print 10 pages a month, at most. It was quick and easy to setup, the wireless capabilities worked right out of the box. Some people give the HP InstantInk a bad rap, but I think it works wonders for those of us that don't print much. paying $3/month instead of spending $30+ per ink cartridge (This ones has 4 separate ones) is fantastic for me. Thumbs up!

Much better than my 7 year old version, it's more compact, was easier to install and automatic ink replacement! This is another win for HP!
