We followed set-up directions to a T but still had to call HP for help. He wasn't certain why we were having setup problems but agreed we would never accomplish setup without HP help. We are well satisfied with the printer.

This printer is identical to my wife's 6960. That's why I bought it when my Epson Workforce died. This HP seems reliable as her version has lasted over a year and a half at light duty. It's easy to use although scanning was a bit tricky at first because it wouldn't scan until I made the first manual scan, and it cannot create PDF's until you get a special app. The print quality is good, but the ink costs are ridiculous. There's nothing new about that issue.

Great printer that sits well on our cabinet space and doesn't need any wires to be connected to the computer to print.

Purchased this printer to replace a 10 year old HP that finally died. Only problem experienced so far is lost wireless connectivity when switching between scan remote printing. Sometimes harder to get printer recognized than it should be.

Printer is good. I am having difficulty sliding out thr paper tray . It gets stuck. If I leave the printer on for extendeeld period of time it looses its wifi connection and i have to restart it in order my computer to connect for printing

This is the best HP printer I’ve ever owned. Part of the improvement is their software which really manages all of your printing and scanning needs efficiently. I can open their HP app on my laptop, tell it to scan to me, feed the document into the feeder, and voila the scanned image appears instantly. Scanning was formerly difficult on many HP models, especially those without a document feeder. Glad I purchased this multi tasking printer as it fits my home office needs perfectly!
